Working with ServPro has been a great experience! Waking up to a lake in our bathroom was not ideal in any way, but working with Production Manager, Victor, and his crew of Daniel, Johnsey, Ezekiel and Garrett, has worked out marvelously. Melissa in the office has been phenomenal as well and has really helped me understand the process and has kept me up to date every step of the way. Thank you for your outstanding service, ServPro!

Water mitigation team was excellent. As for the repair or installation portion of our claim. Not a good experience at all. Would recommend for water mitigation but not installation or contracting.

Currently they are cleaning my girlfriends house, they left her window open for about a month and a half so anyone could just come in and take whatever, Extremely lazy crew who like too take they're sweet time while people are displaced for months. She's gone back too the house consistently since march to grab things and the work over the span of 3 months hasn't changed. I don't know what they pay you people for what, to do what for who, but it doesn't seem like you guys can do a very good job at it.

Daniel and Garrett were here first and did a great job mediating the situation for us, all the people that have been here checking on the equipment have been courteous and always called 10 minutes before showing up. Justin and Johnsey are picking up the equipment and have been courteous and helpful answering any questions we may have had. BUT the restoration part of the company DO NOT USE they charged us for a estimate when everyone else in town gives free estimates!!! They priced themselves out of our range so we had to go with another company, and received a bill for 1000 dollars for doing nothing. So, they been threatening us with collection and liens on our home, they have you sign stuff without explaining anything to you, then say that you have a signed contract!!!!! When you don't know that you have signed one. So save yourself some headaches and stay away from restoration part of this company and tell all your friends, now we're not only out of pocket for some of the repairs, but we're now into this company for work that was never done.

Victor was so easy to work with. Company was so prompt. Great experience. A big shout out to Leo and Brandi. Hard working people. We appreciate you so much. Did a great job.

Servpro- especially Warren and Chris- quickly turned around a cleanup job for us in Benton City. They were professional and worked very hard to get us exactly what we wanted. They were honest and gave us the best recommendations and their thoughts on what to get done as fast as possible. I could not recommend them more! The other team members that were extremely helpful were Daniel and Leo and Melissa as their manager.

Servpro was fast, efficient, and super friendly in helping me deal with a very stressful situation. They mitigated damage very quickly within 12 hours of the event and helped prevent substantial loss! Warren is an amazing guy to work with super informative and professional and I could tell he really cared about me as a customer. Eric and his team that came on site were also very professional and courteous. Hats off to all of them - very thankful for their quick response and excellent technique! Would recommend!!

I had water damage in my kitchen & living room. Brandie & DJ with Servpro were here in a timely manner & did an excellent job. They were both friendly & professional & answered all my questions. I will definitely use their services again.

Brandy and Warren have been fantastic! Both very knowledgeable about the process and have done all they could to get our water damage dried and repaired. In fact, the whole Servepro team has been efficient and effective. Great communications from Brandy...and Warren!

Finding out your house needs remediation is not fun. I am so thankful that everyone who helped us at Servpro made the process easier on us. Everyone who came out to assist us and work on our house was respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. A huge thank you to Eddy and Hainrick for getting the work done in our crawl space. Their hard work, communication and punctuality is much appreciated by my family and I!

Eric and Santiago did a great job and cleaned up a problem area for us. They made sure I was satisfied before they were finished.

All I can say is Awesome Job and the team cares about their customers like we are family. Thank you Team ServPro from Victor, Eric, Yahir, Brandy, DJ, Ezekiel, and to the other 3 guys(sorry) that I didn't get your names, throughout the process of mitigating the damage of our basement flooding from day 1 April 27, 2025 to yesterday May 12, 2025 you were professional and courteous and efficient. So Thank You again! The team was always willing to work around my scheduled medical appointments so I could be home when they were here to check the moisture levels and equipment etc.
I am glad I called them and if I ever need a mitigation team in the future(hopefully not) I will not hesitate to call them.

Landen and Daniel came in, inspected the area, explain the process, went over every step necessary, answer all my dozens of questions, then we went over paperwork and signature and they went straight to work doing what they needed to do to start with the process.
Very respectful young men, cordial and nice. Good workers. Very happy with them and the company they work for.

Finding mold growing in the bathroom is never good news, but thankfully Servpro has excellent people with the knowledge and tools to find it all and get rid of it quickly. Brandie, Santiago, and Mike were friendly, respectful, and professional from start to finish, and they kept me informed every step of the way so I always knew what was happening. They worked efficiently while keeping the area clean and contained, turning a stressful situation into something manageable. I’m grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with mold issues.

Somer and Kevin are very professional and know their job. They made it easy for the contractor to install new sheet rock and removed equipment. Great team concept. They were always there when they said they would be. Always notified me prior to showing up. Esmeralda did a fantastic job scheduling the work. She always called me back quickly if I had questions. A scheduler can make or break a company. And she lined up plumber and HVAC company so so one was there right after the other completed the work. That helped keep our down time to a minimum. I highly recommend using Servopro for water damage.

Ask for Mike! He’s the one you want for your quote. He was awesome very thorough with his inspection and answered every single one of my questions. Mike was also caring and compassionate throughout the whole process. If you need specialty cleaning, this is your guy!

Warren and yahir were very nice and respectful asked questions before and permission before doing anything made sure that they had every thing done before they left and never once complained about having to crawl under the house

Chris, Eric and their entire team did an amazing job getting all the water and subsequent damage out of our basement. They took great care in handling, cleaning and packing up our household goods and showed a really great work ethic the whole time. Their professionalism made an awful situation feel less awful because we knew we were not alone and the professionals were there to ease our burden. Thank you!

Could not recommend these guys enough. We had someone crash their car into our business and shatter one of our large windows. They were able to come out same day and get everything cleaned and boarded up. Steven and Juan were awesome!

Our washing machine kept filling with water and did not turn off. It ran for close to 8 hours leaving the laundry room, kitchen, living room, bedroom closet and bathroom floors & drywall soaking wet. My insurance company contacted ServPro and we had a response within a very short time. A team arrived within an hour and got to work assessing the problem and potential damage. David & Remy worked fast to get fans & dehumidifiers set up throughout the area.
Then, this morning David and Reinaldo showed up early to pull saturated insulation out from the crawl space and set up even more fans under the home.
The experience working with them has been excellent - very thorough and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and the team of David, Remy & Reinaldo 👍
