I highly recommend NICK and the rest of the crew for flooring and trim installation. First Choice responded to my water emergency within 10-15minutes. They immediately set up heaters and condensers. They worked with my insurance to assist with a stressfree resolution. Nick kept me informed daily during floor restoration with step by step updates. He kept sawdust and any mess to a minimum. Nick manages to be personable while being focused and professional.

the guys were prompt and replaced my hot water heater quickly. they were very thorough and the price was $1k less than the competition. came highly recommended and wouldnt hesitate to call them again

From beginning to end, were prompt.professional, and went the extra mile in every detail of my water damage mitigation and restoration. Everything looks as good as new. They respected my home and my time, and responded to every call and text immediately. They were conscientious in their work and in their cleanup, afterwards. A true pleasure to work with. I used them once before and was so pleased that they were my only call this time, and will be again with any future restoration needs.

I withheld my review until everything was all said and done with my home, but now I can't say enough good about this company. They stayed patient with me through all the ups and downs of the frustrations I had the the damage my home took. Their response time to our plea for help with a burst pipe that created a swimming pool in our crawl space was amazing, communication stellar, and their clean up team went above and beyond for us. Those 3 young men are hard workers and were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us informed the entire time. Barry in the office was a great source of knowledge on filing a homeowner's claim and walking us through it. The teamwork with the employees is strong and we saw them all helping out when things were needed delivered quickly and when a product needed was hard to find. Overall, I was very impressed with everyone. I HIGHLY recommend First Choice Restoration!!!

Puroclean was easy to contact and I received a callback back from my inquiry quickly. Easily able to schedule them to come out for an estimate. Price was fair and better than another company I received estimates from. They were flexible and it was easy to schedule a cleaning time that worked for me. They were upfront that one round of cleaning might not be enough for my space (I appreciated the realistic expectations). When they came out, they did the job in the timeframe that was laid out and it was up to my expectations. I would recommend Puroclean and I would use them again.

Sean worked extra hard to determine the correct source of the foul odor in our house (smelled like a dead animal), which turned out to be mold in our HVAC ductwork. He promptly devised the proper solution and quickly got us on the schedule. He and Nick were on time and efficiently cleaned and treated our ducts, as well as, sealing them to prevent future moisture intrusion and mold growth. Throughout the whole process Sean was extremely personable, professional, and explained what he found, what needed to be done AND what didn't. I won't hesistate to use Sean and Nick again!

Highly recommend calling Sean and his team for all your water, fire damage restoration needs. When I found my basement flooded due to a broken pipe, with extensive water damage and mold. Called Puroclean of Kennewick, Sean and his team were out the same day taking care of it.

They did an"ugly cleanup/dump run" job for me today after heavy wind storm damage on our canvas garage. So professional, on time, polite, and certainly reasonable. I would absolutely use them again.
