My experience with Continental Carpet has always been excellent! The customer service is always above and beyond and the cleaning job; excellent. He was great at communicating when he would arrive and actually arrived at that time. The utmost care is always taken to get finicky stains out this time they took extra time to get a really set in marker stain out from the carpet. I will definitely continue to be a return customer!

They communicated the day of service really well. I was able to leave work and let Kris, walked through the house discussed our needs and was able to get back to work within 15 minutes. He did an amazing job it'and and called when he was done to let me know how it went and how long the carpets needed to dry. Its like we have brand new carpets!

Because of multiple pet stains, I've had problems finding a carpet cleaning business that I truly liked. I've been trying a different cleaner every time with variable results. I will have to say that Continental has done by far the best cleaning of all. I've waited a month before writing this to be certain that no stains came back out. I am very happy with their job and with their kindness.
I will have to warn others, though, that the carpet was quite wet afterwards. I will get a dehumidifier next time. It was well worth it, though.

Continental Carpet Cleaning came within a few days of our scheduling a regular cleaning. They did a great job of cleaning and removed water stains from a hot water tank leak. They were friendly and competent and we will use them again.

I called up Kevin about a mold issue in my basement. He sent out Sid to take a look at it on a Saturday at no charge. Sid was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great people to work with. Highly recommend

We love Continental! We had the most amazing experience when we had some tough stains that a different company tried to get out 3x. Continental came in and redid the whole house and did a phenomenal job! We use them now in our new house and the carpets look brand new! They were professional, swift, and took great care of the walls with their hoses. Will be calling them to come clean consistently!

Our dog got into something and her stomach was very upset - and the proof was all over our carpet. Continental not only answered their phone when I called, but they were professional and able to schedule us for the next day. There was absolutely no residual smell or stains onthe carpet when they were done.

The guys arrived on time and were professional & careful. They took their time to clean our carpets throughout our 2 story house. Our carpets came out clean and fresh smelling. I would recommend and we will use this company again.

2016: These people were incredible. Bought a new house, the carpet was supposedly "cleaned" but it was still filthy and smelled like urine in spots. Continental Carpet Cleaning was recommended to us by our realtor as he had used them both commercially and in his own home. The results are amazing. The carpet is clean, the urine smells are gone and it looks brand new, even after movers tromping on it for two days! A quick vacuum and it looked great again. The cost was very reasonable. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended without any reservations!!

Had a flood under my kitchen sink. The insurance company told me to call whoever I felt would do a good job for me. I checked a lot of reviews and chose Continental. They were out within the hour, figured out the problem and immediately got to work, tearing out the cabinet and setting up fans to dry everything out. From start to finish they were professional, informative, and considerate. They answered all my questions and made sure that I understood everything that was going on. Even after finishing the job they have checked back to make sure that things are okay and that the remodeling is moving forward. I highly recommend this company, and personally thank Sid and Kevin for all their help.

Continental sent me an email outlining what I needed to do to prepare for the cleaning. The cleaning team had a cancellation and were able to come several hours earlier than expected. I did a walk through with them. They measured my carpet and told me what my bill would be and how long it would take them. I paid and got out of their way. They did a very good job. I definitely recommend them.
