We have just purchased a old house, so we decided to have some electrical upgrades. This team explained every step to us and made sure we knew what would happen. The process went better than I thought they would. Now, our home feels safe and functions new.

Yesterday, they came to fix our frequent lightbulb blowouts. They arrived on time and quickly got to work reviewing our lightbulb, determining what must be done. Then they got to work with the actual installation. They were very accommodating and positioned the charger for maximum convenience. Once all the electrical work was done and the charging verified, they cleaned up the garage and were on their way. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Finally, I know we have found the electrical company to take care of our future needs.

Olsen Electric Inc is by far the best electrical company out there. Great owner, great office staff, and awesome field guys throughout the company. 10/10

Whoever was driving their van is a complete jackass. Not a care in the world if he caused an accident. Will never use this company solely because of this.

Can’t speak to their service but one of their vans was following me early morning from Enumclaw through Maple Valley on 4/25 around 3:20

They were tailgated me very close and I gave opportunities to pass on straight, stretches, and still crowded my bumper. Finally, when it became two lanes aggressively past me probably missing my bumper by inches.

Again, not sure about service, but could give their drivers some lessons

Whoever is driving their white van on Waller road this morning 11/25/24 at 5:40am should demand a refund from their drivers education instructor. They were swerving into the shoulder, and when I went to pass them in a PASSING ZONE they honked at me! When it clearly should have been the other way around.

One of your drivers in a white van was speeding and cut me off heading north on 167 just after the 410 freeway at 12:20 PM 08/28 Cut me off for no reason just being a rude driver and driving like a maniac. This is not a good representation of your company having somebody like this driving your work vehicles. I can only imagine what type of employee this is with his erratic driving behavior.

Last Oct, I had Washington Generator Company installed a-22KW-generator. I didn't write a review then because I wanted to wait for some time to see how the generator works and how the customer service of this company is. It turns out that the generator has worked fine and the customer service that Mr. Corey, the owner, demonstrates is exceptional. He deeply understands that customer satisfaction is the main core of his business success. He puts money in the passengers' seat and customers satisfaction in the driver's seat in order to fulfill his commitment of making sure customers happy with their investment of buying his company's product or service because he knows that having a new generator installed costs at least $15K to customers (in my case, I paid about $20K). In addition, his technician, whose name is Jose, is excellent in workmanship and detailed oriented. Jose explained thoroughly how he executed his work plan to customer and walked customers every step of the way from start to finish. I greatly admire Corey to go to extra mile in contacting customers and I'm appreciated his commitment and Jose's workmanship. I strongly recommend Washington Generator Company to anyone who wants to have a new generator installed or any product or service that Washington Generator offers. You will be happy with their service in the end.

Completed installation of a Generac 16KW Generator yesterday in Redmond, WA and can honestly advise that Washington Generators is one of the most professional companies I have had the pleasure to work with in recent years with many companies and contractors.

Great company! Technician who came for maintenance uncovered an awful ant infestation in our generator. Cleaned everything out very thoroughly and showed us what to do to keep the ants away. Went above and beyond for sure!

Everyone I worked with on project design, documents, and installation was friendly, efficient, and competent. Kyle patiently prepared a design that powers our heat pump and nearly all circuits despite our gas line’s limitation on generator size. Ana promptly answered questions on the contract and processed all documents. And Czearwen lead a crew through a smooth installation with excellent workmanship and clean up, emphasis on all components working, and clear explanation of system operation. A special shout-out goes to the install team, Kurt and Kainen. I truly cannot speak highly enough of these two gentlemen. They worked diligently in the intense summer heat, arriving promptly at 7:30 AM and staying until 3:00-4:00 PM. Both Kurt and Kainen were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. The way they cleaned up my backyard was astonishing – after digging and refilling a two-foot trench, you'd never know they were there, especially after the inspector signed off on their impeccable workmanship.
