I needed a 240 volt outlet for my 50kg dough mixer. Since my panel was going on 30 years old, I had that replaced while I was at it. The outlet was what I needed, but Steven offered it at material when I mentioned I wanted the panel done too. Not only did the panel price out bid the other companies I contacted, but he even explained an alternative to the dough mixer power cord replacement I had planned to DIY and that the $500 estimate another company had given me regarding just the cable was rather surprising. At the end of the panel job he even replaced the cord himself at no extra charge. This was a simple matter for me, but the gesture speaks volumes to his character. When I plan to get an electric vehicle in the future, Steven will be my first choice to install a charging station.
