Ventflow was absolutely incredible with handling a very unique vent issue we had. Not only did we have a damaged air vent, but a bird infestation in that vent that many companies didn’t want to touch! They came and handled the bird situation humanely and with great care, then cleaned and sanitized everything, AND rebuilt/fixed the broken part of the vent. I was amazed at their willingness to help and their work ethic. Just like other reviews—communication is easy and direct, price was quoted and fair, they were on time, efficient and so pleasant to work with! Can’t recommend them enough!

Had our dryer vent cleaned, three bathroom fans replaced, and some new covers installed on our vents to prevent birds. Todd and Mark were on time, communicative, and professional! Todd and Karla came out to perform a much needed dryer vent cleaning, and they did an excellent job. My roof vent hood was completely clogged with lint and blocked, but they replaced it with a new and more efficient one. They were extremely detail oriented and took the time to clearly explain what was happening and why the old hood wasn’t functioning properly, which had caused the lint buildup. Todd even showed me photos throughout the process and included them in the invoice so I could see exactly what was done and understand each step. They’re not only professional, but just really honest and genuine people.

Ventflow was fantastic and really saved me from what could have been catastrophic damage caused by an underpowered and poorly installed bathroom fan. After a few bouts of leaking from the exhaust fan, I called Ventflow. Following a quick five-minute phone call and the exchange of a handful of images from my attic and bathroom, we had a plan of attack and an appointment scheduled.

The team showed up perfectly on time, removed the offending, soaking-wet fans and ducting, and even checked the roof to clear out insulation that didn’t belong there. They were punctual, communicated clearly, cleaned up thoroughly, didn’t mind my dog barking at them, and explained everything they were doing. They also gave me some great advice on other DIY things I can do to keep the ducts and house in good shape.

The price was exactly what I was quoted (even though one of the installs was a bit more complicated than it should have been), and they spent extra time cleaning up insulation that had fallen out of the attic. I 100% recommend Ventflow and would absolutely use them again if anything came up.

My dryer had been getting too hot without fully drying my clothes, and Ventflow was able to diagnose and fix the issue. Even though we discovered at the time of the visit that my dryer venting system was longer than standard, they had all of the necessary equipment and experience to make sure they cleaned out all of the ducting and the dryer. They were professional and on time, and I appreciated that they had detailed answers to my questions about the service. They even recommended actions that I can take to avoid a similar situation, beyond the regular dryer system maintenance.

Had my gas fireplace stop lighting last night. Chimcare came by today and swapped out the igniter. Took less than an hour and it’s firing up like new. Nice to have heat back without a fuss. If your fireplace acts up, these guys know their stuff.

Called Chimcare after spotting water dripping inside near the chimney last week. They found a cracked flashing causing the leak and swapped it out same day. Took about an hour and now no more drips when it rains. Super glad I got it fixed before it got worse. Great job by the crew!

A few days ago Chimcare - Shlomo rebuilt the roofline up by my chimney. The old bricks were crumbling and causing leaks. They fixed it solid and clean. Really glad I called them, and the price was fair for the work done!
