Needed a new fireplace installed a few days ago. Chimcare showed up, set everything up right, and explained what they were doing. Fireplace works awesome now and looks great. Totally happy with how it turned out!

Noticed some heat loss through the chimney flue. Chimcare in Kent sprayed a ceramic coating yesterday to fix it. The house feels warmer already. Quick and neat job. Thanks, Chimcare!

Diego, Christian and team were professional and did a really nice job. They replaced the top 12 rows of our main chimney and redid the smaller chimney from roofline up. They were in desperate need of repair. They didn’t try to gouge us for the work (we got a few estimates and checked around.)and they were not pushy. I felt safe with the crew and would have them back to do more work in the future! Thanks guys!

My chimney was leaking into the attic for weeks and I needed someone reliable. Chimcare - Kent came out, inspected the crown and flashing, then completely repaired the crown and resealed the flashing. The tech was polite and explained everything. No more leaks — problem is fixed.

We had an open fireplace that was wasting all our heat by sending it right up the chimney. Chimcare in Kent came out this morning and basically installed a damper system that keeps the warmth inside now. Didn't realize this was something to fix until they explained it clearly. Good price too. If youre in kent, wa call them.

The top part of my chimney got damaged and these guys came out this afternoon to rebuild the roofline section. They worked clean and finished up quick. The repair fits in well with the rest of the chimney now. Definitely will call them if I need chimney work again. kent, wa people should call them

Found Chimcare - Kent after my chimney crown kept crumbling and water was getting in. They rebuilt the crown yesterday and replaced some mortar, plus checked the flashing. The tech was polite, explained what needed doing, and kept me updated. Job looks solid and no more water stains inside. Really relieved it’s fixed. I’d recommend Chimcare - Kent to anyone with chimney trouble.

didnt even realize the mortar between the firebricks was wearing down until it started to look off. with kids in the house, I wanted to get it checked out asap. Jackson came by and fixed that part of the firebox, sealing it up so it feels way safer now. the fireplace is working better too. wish i'd known this needed attention earlier. if youre around kent, wa, definitely give them a call.

I was worried about the rust showing through the wire mesh on my chimney. Owen from The chimney company came by and made sure the new mesh extends a couple inches past the bricks, which feels like a solid fix. He explained everything clearly and worked carefully. The whole thing looks much better now. Hard to find good service in kent, wa.

Excellent service since new owner Shneor and service in Feb 2024. He fixed everything, replacing the faulty gas valve which had been causing problems for a long time. Everything fixed for 2 years. Today Jordi inspected and educated us about future care, great job, highly recommend!
