I just can't say enough wonderful things about this company. I trusted the reviews on Facebook, chose this company and so glad I did. From the moment Jennifer answered the phone I knew I had made a great decision. The day Jackson the technician was showing up Jennifer let me know how Jackson's day was going and that he was right on time. She made me feel like I mattered, taking the time to stay in touch with me.
Jackson not only showed up on time, he was so professional, explaining everything, answering all my questions and did a wonderful job. He was so nice and polite and PMG is so lucky to have such a great employee.
I am not related to anyone at this company nor am I friends with anyone or getting paid.
I just want you to know if you are looking for a great company look no further, you found it.

I've been a happy customer of PMG's for decades, starting with a facility I managed where they maintained over 20 pieces of equipment and kept everything humming. I moved on from that job but have had PMG install and maintain equipment in houses past and present and have recommended them to friends as a reliable, experienced, and affordable mechanical contractor. They stand behind their work and are responsive when any mechanical issues arise. They're great!

Jackson has been my service technician for the last several years and he does an incredible job! His knowledge is exceptional and his customer service skills are outstanding! Would highly recommend PMG Mechanical to everyone!

A huge thank you to Jackson and Roland for their quick repair of our tankless hot water heater! They were friendly and professional. We had the water heater, furnace, and AC all installed by PMG 14 years ago and we are still happy with the service we receive.

We needed an air conditioning system installed in our home. We called PMG and they were professional and responsive throughout the process. Highly recommend! They slotted us for our preferred day and time (9-11 am). They sent a text to confirm the time was still good the day prior. The technician arrived at exactly 9am. He was friendly, professional, and efficient.

The PMG technician was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about an old but still running furnace, helping us to make critical decisions about planning for an eventual replacement. Very much appreciate the professionalism and expertise!

Adam and his team at PMG did a fantastic job- from the intital bid to the final product and install. They went above and beyond! From the installation, to the clean up to even moving a mini split that was two inches off from center (because it would have driven me crazy!). Great price, great product, and fantastic customer service. I've had decades in the Property Management field (although this was on my own house), and have seen it all- and PMG is by far the best!

Jackson and everyone at PMG were incredible! Still can't believe how quickly Jackson navigated thru my boiler and radiator system. He was able to diagnose and repair unworking radiators where other boiler repair companies could not get the job done. He was also able to correct a misdiagnosed chimney issue. And his ability to explain everything was thorough and simple to understand. Thanks again Jackson and PMG!

PMG was our "second opinion" for a furnace issue and their price was totally reasonable. They were available next day and Adam was on time, friendly, and quick. Getting a few more things quoted because of the ease/speed of the job. Thanks guys.

After PMG installed our heat pump, we decided a nice addition to our living room would be to convert our wood fireplace to a gas insert. Calling around to fireplace stores was frustrating. Fortunately PMG said they could do it . Now we are enjoying the warmth and ambiance. It was great to know their repertoire includes many services. When our hot water needs to be replaced, they will get a call.

Hands down the best, most responsive and informative HVAC company I have ever worked with and I am in property management so that's saying a lot. PMG has experts from boilers systems to ductless heating and all the odds and ends in between. The office (Jennifer) is exceptional and communicates flawlessly. I cannot recommend them enough to help maintain, fix and replace HVAC.

We have had a very positive experience with Envirosmart this past month, both with a total cleaning and re-insulation of our attic and sub basement to address poor heating and attic critters, as well as a duct cleaning that was badly needed after interior construction work and painting. It wasn’t easy navigating the many choices out there for this type of work but I’m glad we chose this company. They are communicative, thorough and highly efficient in completing the job, both big and small. Juan and his team were very efficient and got a major project completed even faster than expected. Sean and his team did great work and took care to ensure our home was clean and protected during the work. We are relieved to know our home is cleaner, warmer, safer with the work Envirosmart has done. We saw the difference immediately in how our home heats so much better and stays warm, and in breathing fresher air. Would recommend them , and while we hope not to need more work for awhile, we’d be happy to work with them again if/when we do.

We live in a 2 story house and our property sits lower than any of our neighbors. We had flood issues in our crawl space, 3 to 4 feet of water (no joke). The upstairs was always hotter than downstairs. Now fast forward to finally saying enough is enough and find Envirosmart. They cleaned out my ducting system and realizing they do crawl spaces I contacted them again 2 weeks later. The entire process was smooth and easy not to mention fast action. Now I have even heat/air throughout the house and a dry clean crawl space with a sump pump. Juan and his team were curtieous, nice and pleasant. They contacted me to let me know they were running late getting to my house. Everyone I have had contact with fom phone to in-person have been wonderful. They answered all my questions and eased my worries (everyone has) with the financial aspect. Yes, of course I would defiantly refer this group to anyone. I hope not to ever have to use them again but if I do they will be on speed dial. My girls thank you also.

TLDR: kind and knowledgeable but technicians quotes you for more than you want when they arrive.

Got a quote to get our air ducts cleaned and a price that we were happy with over the phone. The technician arrived and shows me a total that is triple what we were told over the phone and presented me with all of their other services. Had to go through and remove all the things I didn’t want the reusable filter, bathroom fan cleaning, UV light filter that we didn’t ask for or want.

At the end of the service the technician said everything looked good. We realized cleaning the vents revealed damage (hole to the crawl space) which we had to directly ask them about. This damage was a hole in the vent which pulled insulation into the vent during cleaning which was left by the technician.

At the end we did get an email with photos but not the clear before and after we were advertised.

We had a different technician come out at a later date to do an estimate for. We were again given an estimate for more than we are wanting to do at this time. The technician did a good job educating on why they needed to be done but would have liked more information on how get the repairs done in stages.

I've had great experiences with Envirosmart maintaining our heating system for the past five+ years. Great and friendly service, explains things in an easy to understand way and is proactive with well motivated recommendations.

I saw their van multiple time while driving on the road. So when we need a vent cleaning, I called them immediately. Neta and her partner did a great job. They are on time, very respectful and professional. Neta noticed we are wearing masks, she immediately asked her partner to bring a mask for her. We are appreciated that. She explained each service clearly and patiently. Very happy with the fresh air, and the deep cleaning. I would definitely recommended this company to friends and family. Plan to call them again for next year cleaning!
