I am so impressed with the work EnviroSmart Solution team completed on my home. I hired them to for attic rodent exclusion, sanitization and insulation installation. Prior to purchasing the home, there was a very large rodent infestation in the attic, attic floorboards were filled with old rat/mouse droppings. Aaron gave a thorough explanation of findings when he completed the estimate, and is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and personable. I can't express enough how grateful I am for him and his team. Ellie, the project manager kept lines of communications open before, during and after the project to help things move along smoothly. Aaron was the site/field manager... He was also the sales representative, and other things, but I especially appreciate that he came out to ensure the job was completed to standard and ensure his team was tracking the details for the project (since it's a very old home and has unique issues). Thank you to the technician crew that came out and did the work, Edgar B, Luis and Christian. They went above and beyond ensuring the work was done properly and my house retains heat SO much better now. The work was completed on 26-27 February 2026, which was towards the end of my energy billing cycle. But WOW! I received my energy bill today, and it's almost a full $100.00 LESS than it has been in prior months!!! And I've been using more electricity than usual so it's amazing that even with my higher usage, the bill is already getting cheaper! I can hardly believe it made such a dramatic difference! I am extremely satisfied with EnviroSmart Solution, and the team members! Highly recommend!! I will definitely hire them again in the future and recommend them to family and friends. Thank you !! We hired Envirosmart for a massive set of jobs, cleaning out and insulating our crawlspace and attic, installing new sump pumps, sealing and cleaning out our vents, and fixing our dryer vent. They were worth every penny, and all the teams knew what they were doing. They really took care to provide the most excellent quality of work and service.
Envirosmart really improved our home's air, heat retention, and we would work with them again.

We had our crawl space cleaned out, new insulation under the house and some new ducts. First of all the crew was very kind, fast and efficient. They were also respectful of our property and did not leave any mess behind. We had very open communication with the office of the status of repairs and scheduling. They sent 39 pics of before and after which was great, but the after pics were not that detailed on specific areas like the furnace wrap, vapor barrier and crawl space cover. 4 Stars for the cost +$12k and the lack of detail in the pics.

Had a great experience with the GreenTop team. Andres came out to discuss the project and patiently answered all my follow-up questions promptly and honestly. He quoted a fair price relative to the other companies I spoke to. Vlad and his team did a terrific job installing the heat pump, ductwork, and mini-split. We don’t have a huge house, but they were able to complete the whole job in a little over 2 days. If you want experienced, friendly, high-quality HVAC service and install, I could not recommend GreenTop more highly. Great work, guys!

GreenTop heating install a new HAVC Mitsubishi electric system replacing the old oil heating system in my house last week.
They asked the great price and did a wonderful job.
The team members Hennadii, Roma and two young electricians together finished installation. They did a very beautiful job both in the house and out the door. The system installation looked strong, good and in order. It works well.
Andrew is knowledgeable and professional. The estimate he did show their sincerity and honesty. It does give me a final decision.
If you want to install a HAVC. I would advise you to contact GreenTop heating . They may bring a surprise to you.

They arrived on time, and completed the installation as scheduled. They cleaned up right after operation done at each spot of the house and are very polite. Greentop was amazing! We got 3 mini splits and a heat pump installed. Andres quoted us 8k less than other companies, with the same parts and warranty's. Mark, Evgenij, Dylan and Alexi installed them efficiently and professionally all in one day. They showed and explained all the work and were very knowledgeable. Everything was done with care and precision, they even went into the crawl space the run the wiring properly. Would definitely recommend!!

End to end excellent service on our heat pump installation. They provided us a very consultative quote with several options to meet our needs. The estimate was far less than other companies for the same equipment. Once we selected GreenTop, they were able to start installation within 2 business days. They did a great job on installation and the owner even called to check in and ensure I was happy. The inspectors said all was installed well. We’re very happy with the experience and would recommend GreenTop to others.

Andres gave me the most comprehensive (and lowest price) quote for our Mini Split System. He spent over one hour on his visit to our home explaining the system and how it worked. Furthermore, he took all my calls with the many questions I had regarding the equipment. The installation took only a day, the crew was very professional, and it was scheduled around our agenda. I recommend this company; and hopefully you'll deal with Andres.

I had a fantastic experience with Greentop when they installed a heat pump system for me. What really set them apart from the other quotes I got was their creativity and problem-solving skills in figuring out the best way to run refrigerant lines without making them an eye sore. They don’t just opt for the approach that's the least amount of work for them; they really work with you to design a solution that fits your space and your needs.

On top of that, their pricing is excellent--by far the least of the quotes I got. When installation day came (just one week after accepting their quote) they rolled up with an 8 man crew and completed the entire job in a single day. The inspection passed without any issues.

Adrian Aro was great! He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and seemed very detailed oriented which was a big plus. He explained what was being installed and showed us how to maintain the unit to keep it running efficiently. In the beginning we were questioning if we made the right decision to go with this company but in the end Adrian put us at ease with his excellent work. He is such an asset to Greentop that we will highly recommend this company to family and friends.

I had a heat pump with AC and gas furnace installed in 2020. No problems since. Great price and great service. They really went the extra mile and did it all in one day. Staying very late into the night to make that happen. Recently we were doing renovations downstairs. While doing so we noticed that the gas furnace was not completing a cycle, I just changed the filter 6 weeks ago so didn’t even think it would be that. Especially with how clean it typically is. Well. Called GreenTop out to take a look and turns out it was the filter. Never saw it that dirty before and now I know. Also did a wellness check on the system and it all looks great. To add to all that it was no charge to me for a diagnostic check on the system. Again great service and made me really appreciate my purchase. Thank you GreenTop!

Greentop did a fantastic job installing two split system air conditioners in our house. They completed the project in 2 days and left our house clean and feeling so much cooler! They were professional and great to work with!

On Monday Feb 3, 2025 - a snow day - my furnace decided to stop working. I woke up to a very, very, VERY cold house. The first HVAC companies I reached didn't have availability until Tuesday or Wednesday. When I contacted Greentop, they were able to provide a tech by 3:30pm! Praise Jeebus!

Yaroslav arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem: the ceramic ignitor was broken! He grabbed the part and promptly began repairs. Within 45 minutes I saw one of the most beautiful things in the world: BLUE FLAME as my furnace came to life.

Fantastic service - after moving recently the AC + heater worked alright, but, by the second summer - everything powered up but no cooling.

After looking at the permitting and contacting the original installer, they quoted close to 2x what Greentop wound up doing the work for.

Within 3 hours we had two leaks patched, ID'ed multiple faulty connectors, and our AC cools significantly faster.

We love our Mitsubishi mini split heat pump installed by GreenTop Heating and Cooling. The whole process was super simple and the crew did an excellent installation. Will definitely use them again when we’re ready to cool more rooms. It works great!

Had a complex job in a tight space with a bunch of new rectangular duct work on an old house. Greentop was one of the few contractors willing to even do this kind of work. So many other companies don't have crew with the skills needed. Greentop does.
