Our experience with GreenTop could not have been better. From the consultation until the work was finished, everyone we worked with was absolute professionals and respectful of us and our home.
Our experience started with Andrés. He came out and did our free consultation. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. He continued to answer questions, that popped up later via email and text as well. He got back to us with a quote in a couple days. GreenTop was well under the other four bids we received ( from $2000 to $7000 under). Andrés helped walk us through the whole process, including the financing.
Once we made the decision to move forward, we were able to schedule the installation to start within four weeks.
Adrian and his crew did the installation. They showed up on time and got to work right away. Adrian explained how everything was going to go, so we knew what to expect for the day. They were very respectful of our house and cleaned up as they worked.
They installed a mini split system, with an outdoor unit and three indoor units. The installation was mostly completed in one day. The electrician came and worked for a couple hours the following day to finish up.
We absolutely recommend GreenTop and will definitely use them again in the future.

In a nut shell, the estimate happened quickly, the price was competitive, communication was quick, my concerns were addressed, the installers were on time and were friendly and respectful, and they cleaned up after themselves. If there were any delay in the process it was ME. I was a bit skeptical when Andres the estimator suggested my current 80,000 btu furnace was too big and that I only needed a lower cost 60,000 btu. But they were right! The new furnace heats the house exactly the same as the old furnace based my temperature data. I’m an engineer….sorry. The furnace was also tightly walled in on 3 sides, but Oleskii and Dylan still got it installed in one long day with no wall damage. So with the 20% smaller furnace size and 16% improvement in efficiency, I’m now hoping to see a 36% reduction in my heating bill. Great work Greentop. I’d recommend you to anyone.

We had our A/C go out and Mercurios responded to us very quickly. The primary techs that helped us (Simon & Kevin) took time to show us what they were doing at all times, answered any questions we had and were incredibly clear and transparent. I really appreciated their professionalism and wonderful service and looking forward to having them taking care of our HVAC in the future. It honestly feels like when you finally find a really good doctor, dentist or mechanic that you trust

Quick scheduling during peak summer heat was one positive. Their installation quote was below others we had seen, which was appealing initially. The unit worked great for 3 years, but then we saw a significant drop in performance even after yearly maintenance. The inverter was installed below ground level in a hole with no drainage—directly violating code requirements. Multiple contractors have confirmed this improper installation will reduce the unit’s lifespan, likely due to debris buildup from the improper placement. I’ve attached a photo of how it was installed — the concrete pad is below all the dirt that eventually filled in into the hole.

The installation should have failed inspection, but oddly enough, we were charged $180 for permits that public records show were never pulled. When confronted, they did agree to correct the issue free of charge, but we ultimately paid another company to fix their work as we’d lost confidence in their competence. In the end, we spent about the same amount we would have paid for a proper installation from the beginning.

I cannot recommend this company to others seeking proper, code-compliant HVAC installation. If you do work with them, I’d just suggest reading up on codes and double checking the work before signing off.

I suspect that the person who came out to do our install might have been a subcontractor, as this was a very busy summer. It’s possible that their normal installers are much more thorough.

My old heat pump quit working on November 5. This is the worst time as we have been having consecutive cold days. My wife and I were lucky to have a mini split in one of the bedrooms.

I made my first contact to Greentop on November 9, received a same day reply with a site visit firmed up for the 10th, received an estimate in the evening of the 10th, firmed up the installation for the 12th and had a working Bosch condenser along with my existing air handler by the end of the day.

The team has a streamlined and highly efficient process which allows me to minimize my suffering during these cold days. Greentop did not take advantage of my hardship and gave me a very reasonable price. The team was professional and paid attention to all details including moving equipment in and out through a difficult or not properly maintained sidewalk area.

We had to replace our old furnace and contacted Greentop Heating. They are very professional and friendly. The estimator did a great job explaining options and costs. Quick scheduling for install after we accepted the bid. The technicians that did the removal of the old furnace and install of the new one where great, again very professional and friendly. A 5 -star experience for us working with Greentop Heating.

Green Top Heating provided the best estimate to replace my 40 year old broken home furnace. Unlike other HVAC contractors, they didn't charge for a diagnostic service visit. The installation of the new furnace into the former tight location in the middle of the house and the connection to existing ducts, took only four hours. The service tech laid down floor covering leaving the carpet clean.

I had a new gas furnace and a heat pump installed, along with a new thermostat. Adrian and Andre (I believe) were professional and friendly and worked very hard to get everything done in a day. I also appreciated how they were able to run a thermostat cable through the wall next to the furnace room to install a new thermostat without having to tear into the drywall at all. I would highly recommend GreenTop for HVAC work since they do high quality work and have very reasonable prices ($10k+ cheaper than Seatown or Greenwood Heating on this particular job).

From start to finish my experience with Greentop Heating was great. The estimator was professional and thorough. The installation staff very qualified and courteous and the communication following installation to ensure everything went well was also very good. This company is worth checking out as they also gave me the best price. That tells me they are a well run company at all levels.

I contacted 4 companies to replace an old oil furnace. GreenTop came out and their technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to give us a fair price. What sealed the deal was the warranty on the parts and labor. They were able to schedule us in a few days later and was able to successfully install our furnace. I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend them for their services.

I had a high efficiency furnace installed today (3-6-23). The installation went smoothly and the technicians did a great job. Highly appreciated their expertise and customer service. It is obvious they have complete control over everything encountered with my furnace replacement with lots of attention to detail and TLC. I wanted a ductless mini split heat pump system for our upstairs bedrooms, which become sweltering in the summer. Another company would only quote us on a full furnace replacement. Vlad from Green Top did not try to upsell, just took a look and sent me the quote. Coco was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Price was in line with my expectations. I was able to get the install scheduled sooner than expected (a little over a month out). Adrian & Andres we're very skilled, efficient, and did a great install job. Igor figured out a runway for the electrical that was a bit tricky, but no damage to the drywall. Start to finish, only 1.5 days. We are very pleased with the entire process, and with our new heat pump!

We rent the house, which had very old heating system since 1959, this fall season the system broke, and it cannot be restored. The owner of the house, contacted countless heating companies, and they all came, but only Greentop was on top of everything. Fast, reliable, fair price. They started to setup new heating system right before the recent storm, and next day they came like nothing happened with the weather. I have to say they I was afraid that I need to do cleaning after the setup, (I didn’t want to as I was on my vacation), BUT guys did everything super clean and neat, I literally do nothing after they finished. I’m very pleased and satisfied with their job. They are professionals. Igor, Yaroslavl, Vladimir, those guys were very nice, polite, professional and fast. I highly recommend Greentop Heating company. They installed gas furnace in three days, now we finally have heat at home. Thank you very much!

Great experience! After quoting all the other guys for a heat pump, a friend pressured me into reaching out to GreenTop. The quote I got was unbelievable! It was so different I double checked with the estimator we were both talking about name brand heat pumps (not a ceiling fan) right? YEP! The lead time for installation was faster than my schedule allowed.
Everyone was courteous and professional. The installers were great. Roman and his partner clearly had my best interests at heart. They even did basic dry wall patching after discovery holes. My favorite was there was a little bit of a language barrier but "happy wife, happy life" translates universally.

These guys are very responsive. They installed our furnace. We have an older manufactured home. Our venting system was a mess and their tech was great about helping us resoling what he could to get us heat until they could get out to install it properly. Thank you so much!

Had them install a 3 room Mitsubishi mini split and compressor out doors. Everything looks great, very tight and neat, both indoors and outdoors.

We highly recommend GreenTop for all HVAC and heatpump work. They provided service for us twice: fixing our heat pump and relocating our HVAC/installing a new register. Both times they were fast, professional, clean and very knowledgeable. Their prices were very reasonable as well. Before hiring them to fix our heatpump, we were told by another HVAC company that we had a refrigerant leak, which would cost a lot of $$$$$ to fix. The other company also recommended a method that would not be good for the heatpump long-term. When Ruslan from GreenTop came, it turned out there was no leak, and he was able to diagnose and fix it within the diagnostic time and without any additional charges. Ruslan was super knowledgeable for heatpump related issues. When helping us with relocating our HVAC and installing a new register, I could tell the technicians (Alex and Sergei) were very seasoned and experienced. They did an efficient and clean job, giving us peace of mind that the work was done well, and now we have much more spacious basement ceiling space with the HVAC out of the way. Greentop did an exceptional job, working with us and our HOA to arrive at an acceptable solution for a Mitsubishi 2 zone mini-split . They provided competitive pricing on different options, and worked closely with our general contractor to time their work with our major remodel activities. Andres, their sales rep was customer-focused, setting and managing expectations throughout. They had various workers perform the different phases so it’s hard to acknowledge a single one, but they were all careful and quick. I would highly recommend.

I recently had Greentop replace my aging furnace. Probably a simple job - just swap out a gas, hot-air furnace with minimal ducting, electrical and plumbing work. The process was totally low-hassle, with a good price too!

Since my job was fairly simple, the quote was done based on a few photos showing the old furnace location and specification label. I had a question on my quote, and Andres was prompt in following up.

The install crew showed up on time, and did a neat job of it.
Initially 2 guys to man handle the old furnace out and the new one into place. Then Oleksii finished up all of the hookups, including some new ductwork, and cleaned up well.

10 days later and everything is working great.

This is an amazing company I used to sell me and install my new natural gas furnace. I am so grateful I found this company by researching quite a few HVAC companies and their reviews. I found that Greentop Heating to be very ethical, honest, trustworthy, and a reliable company. Initially, Igor came to check out the problem. I had an old furnace a little past due for replacement. The owner of Greentop Heating, Ruslan suggested that I should replace the old furnace due to its age. Ruslan soon gave me a very reasonable estimate for a new American Standard furnace. I approved the estimate after a day or so. I am a senior and had no heat so Ruslan was kind to have the furnace job scheduled right away. Heating installation technicians Adrian and Dylan arrived promptly at the scheduled start time and soon they were busy replacing the old furnace. They did a great job and left a clean site even though it was pretty rainy and a little muddy outside. They covered my carpet and wore boot covers. They paid a lot of attention to detail. After the installation they found out that there was a problem with the thermostat wire. The next day they sent number one technician John to work on the thermostat problem and he an Dylan had the problem resolved after a discussing a couple options with me. I was so pleased with the responsiveness of this company. They are a very integrity-driven, conscientious business. I am so grateful I chose this amazing business for my new natural gas furnace.
