Brian was a joy to work with. He was easy to communicate, was patient with me as I navigated other companies and their quotes, and was responsive when I decided to switch gears on what I wanted. His team showed up on time, and by afternoon I had an updated furnace and A/C. His team of Luis, Jack, and Joe were personable, attentive to my questions, and were quick to inform and communicate and offer choices in their approach. I won’t hesitate to contact them or refer them to anyone I know on what a great job they did.

Brian and his team were able to quickly figure out and fix hot water tank not heating up. Thankfully it was an easy fix and not costly and issue resolved in less then 20 min. Brian was very informative on some other questions that I had as well. All and all very pleased with NW Superior Services LLC and would highly recommend there business. 5 star.

All went well,had leak from slef install over 3 years nuts came lose. They found leak and loaded refrigeratoent in. All good!

This company was very reasonable in price. I needed a dryer duct replaced. The installation was seamless. In addition I added a ceiling mounted electric heater. This company had in house licensed electrician do the installation with the proper 40 amp breaker and the correct 8 gauge wiring. It was refreshing to find a company that is capable of completing a variety of services at reasonable prices.I feel the value in choosing this outfit was well worth the cost. We had air-conditioning installed on our 2 furnaces. Work was completed in two days. Everything was cleaned up. Our few issues were dealt with rapidly. The crew was very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend them.

Brian and team were able to fix my AC issue same day, where two other competitors were 3 weeks out to help. I would highly recommend them for their knowledge and great workmanship.

My 83 year old aunt called me and her furnace was not working and she was very cold. I called Breeze Heating, they were out to her house within an hour. Called me with estimate and started the furnace replacement that afternoon. They even went and got her a space heater. Within 24 hours of my call she had a new furnace and is toasty warm. Our furnace died during some of our coldest days this year. After calling several companies I settled on Breeze and I'm so happy I did. Although they couldn't fit me in immediately they were able to install a new furnace within 36 hours of my call. Every interaction was professional and cordial. Brian and Luis did the install and completed the job in about 3 hours. Thank you for the expedient service and the new heat. Oh, and the price was a quarter of what one of their competitors wanted.

Great communication as I was scheduling our inspection appointment - we played a bit of phone tag. It was nice they were able to communicate via text instead of only by phone call or website to schedule & confirm our appointment. Bonus - the techs showed up ON TIME! The tech, Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to explain what he was doing step-by-step and I appreciated that. Once he fixed the initial problem, he found an additional issue that I didn't know about and fixed it as well. It was a good experience overall.

I had 2 Mitsubishi units put in. They are quiet and work great. I had some difficulties with the space they needed to install the air exchanger. After a couple of tries it seems to have worked out great. I can definitely recommend breeze Heating air and electrical. They definitely stand by their work.
