We had some rain getting into our chimney and needed a cap installed. Chimcare came over the weekend and put one on quick. Took a couple hours but they cleaned up after. No more water coming in now, feels great to have it fixed!

Last weekend noticed some loose bricks on my chimney. Called Chimcare and they replaced a few damaged bricks and sealed the cracks. Took just a couple hours. Feels sturdy again, no worries now. Glad I got it fixed before winter hits!

Had to get my dryer vent cleaned cause clothes were taking forever to dry. Chimcare showed up yesterday, cleared out all the lint and gunk. Dryer works way better now, runs cooler too. Didn’t take long at all. Pretty happy with how quick they handled it. Thanks Chimcare!

Chimcare popped by a few days ago to put a new cap on my chimney. The old one was rusty and letting in rain. They swapped it out quick, maybe 30 minutes tops. No more water dripping inside now, which is awesome. Felt good they didn’t drag it out or charge a ton. Overall, pretty happy with how fast and easy it was.

Omar was very helpful when he replaced a defective part. He made suggestions for additional improvements for when we need them, but assured our setup was safe and operating well. Very thorough and professional.

Chimcare came out yesterday to install my new fireplace. Took a few hours but they got it all set up and running smooth. Was stressing about the whole thing but they made it easy. Fireplace looks great now. Definitely will use again if I need anything else done.

This afternoon I noticed water was leaking where the chimney meets the roof. Chimcare in Kent installed new flashing to stop the water from coming in. The leak's gone now and everything feels solid. Thanks to Chimcare for fixing it so quickly

Chimcare came out today to install new flashing on my chimney. They replaced the old, cracked stuff and sealed it up tight. Looks great and didn’t cost an arm and a leg.

Called Chimcare this morning to get a new fireplace installed. They showed up on time, set it all up in a few hours, and cleaned up after. The fireplace works great and looks way better than I expected. Didn’t cost a ton either, so pretty happy with the price.

They came out and cleaned our chimney, and two stoves. They also fixed the mortar and the top of the chimney. They were very informative and professional. We will definitely recommend their services to others and call them for future services.

I moved into a new house with two fireplaces and wanted them inspected to see if they were safe to use. The guy came out checked and clean them and said they needed some repairs it
He said they were both ready for use .
So when I used one of them it worked fine
When I used the other one smoke filled the house and I had to call the fire department to put out the fire and get the smoke out .
It ruined my tv and now I have to paint .
I call them back told them what happened they sent the guy back out to see what happened and told me that the flue was caped at the top .
How did he not see that before.
So I don’t think their technicians are trained very well.

This morning I got my new fireplace put in by Chimcare. They set it up quick and made sure everything was working right. Took a couple hours but was smooth the whole time. Love how cozy it feels now with the fire going. Didn’t cost a ton either, so that was cool. Definitely glad I went with them for the install!
