After getting a high proposal to repair a leaky pop-up assembly in a bathroom from a national chain, I called CPR Rooter the next morning and promptly received a callback. Had a short conversation with Shahin and his quote was significantly better. We agreed on an appointment for the same day in the late afternoon. Shahin arrived onsite as scheduled and completed the repair. He was professional and courteous.

They were great, came for 2 issues and ended up solving 4 of them! The guy who came out was very professional, respectful, and kept me in the loop the entire time for everything that he is doing. As a landlord not present on site there, it was very very appreciated. Thank you!

Shahin responsed very quickly and gave a reasonable quote (better than most I’ve got), arrived the same day on time and quickly replaced my three toilets’ angle stop, supply line, and fill valve. He also made sure to turn off the city water supply valve since two of my faucets still have water coming out when I turned off the main water shutoff valve. I’m very happy about the service I got

I called needing to replace a toilet valve for a Mansfield toilet and CPR Rooter was able to come out within the hour and replace the valve with a newer, more updated version and saved me some money on the parts I had already purchased.

The next day I had an emergency leak from my main shut-off valve and PVR valve and CPR Rooter was able to come out with newer, updated parts and repair it quickly and professionally.

I can't say enough good things about CPR Rooter. I gave him a call a few days ago and he stopped by and gave me a quote for my job. Rather than a week, or weeks, out he said he could stop by in a couple days.

The job was done quickly with improper legacy issues pointed out. No pressure but I had everything brought up to code.

Shahin availability and price was great plus he did a wonderful job of explaining what he believed the simplest repair would be for my leaking toilet. He then pointed out other potential issues I might have with my water shut off valves and pipes given their age and product type and what kinds of solutions he would suggest should I ever decide to replace them. Overall great experience and I am now putting him as my 1st option for plumbing repairs.

Shahin was great, very professional and got the job done. Price was much better than other quotes. Had another plumber work on the job first was unable to clear the kitchen drain , recommended to cut and install new drain pipe. Cause was grease accumulation over 15yrs in the kitchen drain. Shahsin was able clear it with a water jet after snaking.
