I have a plumbing problem. Contacted a few plumbers around 6:30pm, CPR Rooter was the fastest one to return my call.
I received 3 quotes, Shahin’s one was the best, reasonable and fair.
Making the appointment by text was easy, and he came right on time.
Shahin was informative, friendly and professional, kept the work area clean, and job well done.

I’m a year late on this review… but it goes to show you that Shahin and his team have done a great job replacing our master room shower head and piping.

They communicated every step of the way and explained why certain parts had to be replaced that wasn’t originally brought up until work was being performed.

They were also quick with the turnaround time as well!!

I will be contacting them again for another issue I need to have fixed!

I had called 5 or 6 places, needing a place to fix plumbing on the weekend. This place was the only one available, and not only that they were able to come out that weekend right after a holiday. They were professional and knowledgeable.

At 2pm on a Friday, the main sewer line in my house was plugged and we all know what happens next. My local West Seattle plumber could not make it till Monday!! I knew of Roto-Rooter having a business near to me, so I tried them. Most importantly, they were at my house within the hour promised. I called at 230PM and they were here by 330PM. Gio and Dmitry arrived in a fully equipped truck which had a rooter, water-jet machine, and camera-snake equipment. For the first time I was able to see the problem on a real time video (roots). There was also a problem with the sewer line and they could not get the water jet through a bend in the pipe which will probably have to be dug up and fixed in the future ($$$). The rooter cutter snake was able to make it through the blockage and the line was cleared. Gio is an expert and went out of his way to fix the problem. They also quote a price before the work begins so you don't have to accept if you don't want the work done. My other plumber bills hourly. I would not hesitate to call them again!

All the people I had contact with were friendly and courteous. The company got a crew out to work on this multi faceted restoration project as quickly as possible, since the sewer system was partially disabled. Once there, they worked efficiently, got the job accomplished as quickly as possible, and via their in-line camera, I was able to inspect the before and after condition of the pipe interior to see they’d accomplished everything contracted. Excellent job!

What seem to have started a nightmare was quickly resolved to a quick and easy experience! The guys that came by were professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable. They were able to clear out a clog in my master bathroom in minutes and we super respectful about me working on calls while they went to work. The overall experience was wonderful and I would definitely be using their services again!
