Fast and thorough service. Phil was great. Used non corrosive, non toxic cleaner to get years of teenager hair and gunk out of our pipes.

John did a great job identifying the problem and presenting us with our options. He was able to clear our main sewer line as much as possible and helped us to identify the ongoing problem and told us how it can be prevented in the future. It is so nice to watch water go smoothly down the drain again.

Dmitry and Gio from Roto-Rooter showed up super fast and were very helpful! They solved our plumbing issue and delivered great customer service at the same time. They were also upfront about costs, so nothing was hidden or unexpected at the end. I would absolutely recommend them! It was nothing but a positive experience!

My technician, Tyson, was extremely knowledgeable and the utmost professional. He was able to solve my problem quickly with no mess and answered all my questions. Will absolutely use them again!

Given that we live on an island in the North-West, which only can be reached by a ferry boat that is on a limited schedule, the technician arrived on the same day I made the call, within a 4 hour window.
"CRESCEN", the tech worked very hard to remove a "curious plastic" obstruction and reset the wax seal and bolts in one of our toilets. He also replaced the hardware in most of our aging toilet water tanks.
Well, given all these facts, I new this job was NOT going to be cheep. And yes, it cost quite a "PENNY", but besides tech "CRESCEN" being not only such a friendly and quite personable gentleman, I'm also very pleased with his workmanship and profssional execution of this rather time consuming, difficult job.

Great experience. Giovanni arrived within an hour after my initial call about a gurgling toilet and backed up tub. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and got everything flowing normally again. I am grateful for the fast and efficient service.

Great service and excellent communication! In the evening we noticed water leaking through the ceiling after taking a shower upstairs. We called Roto-Rooter and Rashard was at our house in less than an hour. He was helpful, professional and quickly identified the leak. As this was our first leak, he answered our questions and let us know a member of his team would be reaching out shortly to assess the water damage. Ashley was at our house soon after and was amazing. She talked us through everything she was doing to check for any potential water damaged and walked us through the next steps of what the technicians will be doing over the next couple of days and how Roto worker with our insurance. The expertise of these two professionals and how they guided us so far through the process has made a stressful situation feel very manageable. Thank you!

Joe helped me locate and fix 2 problems I had called about the night before. He was very professional and helpful in explaining exactly what was wrong with my faucet and water valve problems and explained the solutions. Would call Roto-Rooter again!

Joseph is the best! I oversee 300+ rentals and feel incredibly lucky to have found Joseph with Roto Rooter. He has saved us many times and has been the best technician we have ever used.

I had to use Roto-Rooter for a major water flood situation and this was called in as an emergency situation.

While the tech team that came out were courteous and respectful, I felt that they were inexperienced at handling significant water damage. My biggest problem with Roto-Rooter was that they were not able to correctly assess situations (ex: wood floors were well beyond damaged - demolition vs continued drying) or at least at any point consult my home insurance or the home owner in myself. In this situation, the cost of the drying floors that took 12 days exceeded the cost of replacing the wooden floors. At the very start, the floors were in terrible shape and EVERYONE knew that saving the floors was a very long shot.

If I got to do this again, I would have hired local companies (ex: Wright Way & Fischer Restoration) that can handle both the water mitigation and renovation and do what is the most optimal and practical in these situations. Not to mention, they have a ton of experience working with home insurance to make things most priced efficient. These local companies have very knowledgable staff. I ended up hiring Wright Way for my renovation and I was VERY HAPPY with their work.

My experience with Roto-Rooter's corp office was also unfortunately disappointing. They had plenty of errors in their invoices (ex: claiming they did work that they actually didn't do that my insurance caught) and Olivia flat out forgot to remove certain items. It was unclear whether these errors were due to malicious intentions or flat out incompetence. It was disappointing because these differences added up to thousand of dollars.

I had major disagreements with Olivia and her corporate team on the floor drying situation because they basically held the ground that they did the work and therefore they need to be paid out even though it was clear that they struggled on their end on what was the best interest of their customer.

Note - my insurance offered to pay for 4 days of drying, and I was also willing to pay for for 4 additional days of the drying. Attempting to dry was correct but the process should have stopped when the cost exceeded the cost of replacement and also the floor was still beyond saving. R-R should not have spent the full 12 days in drying them and then refused to acknowledge their part in the decision making & removing the total cost.

I had a water damage to my home, used Serv pro in the Past for a different claim. Everyone was so helpful at Roto-Rooter. The crews were professional precise and on-time. Work was surgical to say the least. The office Staff, Olivia and Naomi were impressive to say the least. They worked with Molly to ensure the insurance companies, restored my home to whole thank you Roto-Rooter Seattle!!!! Highly recommend, great experience!!!

Great experience. Easy to book online. When I had to call the office to make a small change before the appointment, I did not have to wait on hold and the representative was very helpful. The tech who come out, Tony, was friendly and knowledgeable and punctual, I really appreciated him. Very happy.

Oh my God, Roto-Rooter to the rescue. 🛟 Our vacation rental beach cottage was THANKFULLY blocked for the night and I (part-owner) was staying here. I came back to find the bathroom floor with half an inch of water and then later found the tub had about 4 inches of very unsightly colored water. I tried everything I could do but the pipes seemed clogged/blocked beyond. We’ve had root growth blocking issues before and that ended up being the case. Phil drove 1.5 hours south and cleared it right up. He was so friendly and professional and knowledgeable and just a great person who did a great job. So grateful for his help and he went above and beyond to try to coordinate this way late efforts and the right timeline as we have guests coming at 4 PM tomorrow and I’ll forever be grateful for him and all the dispatchers and behind the scenes Roto-Rooter people I spoke with this evening (sorry I didn’t get your names or I’d give you all major shout outs too). Thanks again everyone. Update at 11:47: Stephan came down after Phil left to scope it and assess the pipe that was blocked by roots. Explained it all to me and for the recording while I watched, notified it was recording both video and sound to make sure I knew that, and told me what the best long term repair would be in his professional opinion and explained the process willingly when I asked follow-ups, never once seemingly annoyed, only excited (said he even geeks out about this), by my questions. I’m officially one of Roto-Rooters biggest fans.

The team did amazing! They were so incredible. They came so fast, got the job done, and ensured everything was taken care of. We had a lot of questions and they were so great about answering questions and helping us with our concerns. Thank you for all your hard work!

Jessica and Craig C. came out in the middle of the night to rip handfuls of roots out of our bathroom drains. Very friendly, got water flow restored for us and were very informative of our best options moving forward to get the problem permanently resolved. Very grateful for them!

Technician was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about plumbing work. He communicated well during the project, arrived on time, and explained the process thoroughly. I appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions. Price was pretty high, but overall, very reliable.

$600 dollars to be told they could not do anything, turns out they did not know that they were missing whole issue. not very happy.
