I hope they understand about LTL deliveries I wait almost two hours for two pallets After two hours guy name navneet Chadda refused because his two pallets behind other delivery how people in happy in this place I have request if you don’t like job just leave why waste time and making others day bad it’s really sad i hope company not send me agin there no restroom for drivers

This place is ridiculous! They won't let you go to the restroom! Where you suppose to go at the bushes? At least put one Honey bucket outside! And today is no restrictions as far as I know. This is not good, we drive for you, we deliver for you your stuff and you won't let us use the washroom. What kind of company policy is this? I ve asked twice and was rejected. Absolutely no respect. Will avoid this place in future. Security guard from Amazon across the street let me used their bathroom, my brother thank you if you reading this, you are the man!

I will five star, however it took hours to unload me due to broker mess up. They do have a restroom at will call door. But the unload wait time was not good and cost me money

Hello everyone, I'm in a very bad situation with this company, it's terrible. The manager who is responsible for unloading doesn’t want to unload it earlier, even there are no other tractors free, but I’ll have to stand for three days just for apostement, it’s just terrible, I have no water, food and nowhere to stay, and it’s a three-hour drive home.

I showed up to pick up empty trailer , at receiving after hours , and appeared closed .Trailer was locked to dock with king pin lock . On site Security was nice enough to tell me shipping , on other side in between had people available. One of workers asked what’s going on and went to see if anyone still there and eventually found someone . That individual made huge effort to help me get my empty trailer so i could leave to pick up a load elsewhere. Good Job and Thanks for your kindness.

0800 appointment, they received us at 0650. Drivers check-in next to dock door 9. Finished unloading a little past 8am. It looks like it could be tight backing in if you've got cars parked in front of you, but the car spots were empty in front of our dock and it was pretty simple. My only real complaint was there was a bit of wood debris in the back of the trailer.

While there, Jose was also able to discover a leak underneath the kitchen sink that was causing the water to backup. Jose came out very timely, first thing in the morning! I thought his visit was for estimation, but he was prepared to address my issue right here and right now! Replacing my original pressure reducing valve and the water shut off valve took him less than one hour!!! Honest, straight forward and quality work he gave me! Thank you, Jose!!!

I had Plumbing Excellence NW replace a water heater in a home we just purchased in East Renton Highlands, which had started leaking and making weird noises and smelled kinda funky and... just wasn’t keeping up anymore. From the very first call, the communication was clear and respectful of my time. He showed up when he said he would, walked me through the options, explained the warranty and cost in a way I could actually understand, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
