Our Navien tankless hot water heater started to deliver tepid temperatures only. Through the Navien website, I reached out to all authorized repair companies in a 25 mile radius. Despite being Sunday, Jose of Plumbing Excellence NW called within an hour and stopped by that day to diagnose the problem and offer a quote. Since then, only one other company among the six or so listed bothered to respond. He diagnosed the problem and two out of code issues, providing quotes for each. I opted in to all three. He left, providing a temporary fix so we’d have hot water in the meantime, scheduling us for the following Friday. But for Christmas on Thursday, he would have come sooner. Jose and his brother arrived today at 8:30a and completed the job(s) in under four hours. Looking at the copper and PVC that they added, you can tell that their work is pristine.

I'm the kind of guy that does all of his home maintenance, electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry. But I got in a situation with a plugged toilet. I tried to clear myself self with the snake And had no luck . I needed somebody with more knowledge than I have. I was recommended by a friend plumbing excellence Northwest and that was definitely the right choice. The toilet had to be pulled and the lid for my septic system had to be pulled. They snaked both ends ran their snakes up both sides and cameras up both sides The technician was very knowledgeable, A excellent, hard worker friendly and kept the work area clean. It was a hard blockage but they got me flushing. They're going in my plumbing contacts for sure.

these guys are great! they've helped out a few times with plumbing projects ranging from minor repairs, to new water heater installs, to bathroom remodel help. the work was great, will always be my first call for plumbing work. they also helped diagnose some unrelated problems we were having with our water pressure, and gave great recommendations on future updates we should consider.

Had a great experience with PEN installing gas line for gas cooktop. Their expert Jose got the job done professionally & in timely manner. Kitchen wasn't ready at the time of gas connection. Jose came back 2 weeks after the initial installation to complete the cooktop hook-up.

I have an older home on Beacon Hill circa 1928 that had all the original galvanized plumbing. Jose gave me an extremely competitive quote to replace all the plumbing in the entire house from the pigtail connection by the water meter and also upgraded my hot water to tankless.
