John, from Roto Rooter, is awesome! Very polite and professional. The toilet wasn't draining and grey water was backing up into the bathtub. He came out at 10:45pm and investigated the problem. After checking the house and the septic tank he identified the problem as a full tank and quickly removed the blockage. He was at my house for over an hour, but did not charge me a penny after resolving the issue.

I am so grateful that there are still honest people like John, that do great work and won't take advantage of people in a bad situation. I will definitely be calling John (Roto Rooter) for all my future plumbing needs.

Fantastic job! They were a little later than they said they would be but regularly kept me posted with phone calls and texts. Tyson was fast polite and thorough. Also cleaned my floor when finished. I will highly recommend Roto Rooter and Tyson to everyone. Thank You!

Just posting regarding a consultation for garbage disposal replacement. Company was able to get me a same-day appointment, and there was no consultation fee. Also appreciate the company’s updates on arrival time so that I had more precise knowledge of the technician’s arrival time (allowed me to run a quick errand that I would’ve had to delay while waiting otherwise). Technician was on time and professional. However, quote for garbage disposal replacement was $1500 in comparison to about $850 from another local plumber. All in all, appreciate the convenience element but went with another company as this was a non-urgent concern.

Giovanni did a great job at my house, fixing the drain problem. I will recommend Roto Rooter as a company and Gio as a specialist.

We had a plumbing emergency, and called Roto Rooter to assess the problem. A technician was at our house within an hour. They also managed the water mitigation needed to prevent further damage. Jennifer Lopez was knowledgable and professional, making us feel like we were in good hands. Our mitigation crew, led by Leon, was quick, professional, and hard working. I appreciated the thorough job they performed. They even went above and beyond to work with our insurance, and were able to negotiate the cost when we had a discrepancy of coverage. During a really stressful time, it was nice to have a crew of dedicated workers to take care of the damage. My only concern is that the prices are a bit above industry standard, but for a company that can respond quickly, I think it's worth the expense.

OMG!! The job we needed done was massive. We got incredibly lucky when the plumbing gods sent us Josh! He is not only an amazing plumber, he is an exceptional human. He has the heart of a teacher. Explained things multiple times to me. I understood the mission, what needed to happen and why. I’m not one for cutting corners. I like things done right the first time. He made sure everything in our home was fully functioning, cleaned up and takes pride in his work. So wonderful and refreshing to see. Thank you Josh, for everything. Also, must give an honorable mention to Seth. He did an outstanding job assisting with the snaking that needed to be done. Very kind and professional. Bonus they both loved our dog Blueberry. I honestly can’t recommend them enough!

You need to hire more responsible drivers, this person cut everyone on line using the right lane and stopped right after the walk lane on a red Light. Monday 10/20 around 4:20 pm on highway 516 with military road intersection

Jesse did a great job clearing the blockage in our plumbing and gave us good advice for next steps. Appreciated that he came out to our house late in the evening.

I've had several experiences now with ROTO ROOTER... all of them great. Crescen was my tech today and he fixed an exceptionally troublesome loose sink faucet and a phantom flushing toilet. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and was very reasonable on pricing. I've always used the Bremerton Roto-Rooter and I highly recommend them!

Jesse and James came to my house at 11:30 pm on a Sunday night and did an amazing job quickly fixing the clog in my sewer line. They were both very polite and answered all our questions.

Needed a job done so called Roto-Rooter plumbing & water cleanup , got Crescen out as our Tech guy, and let me just say he was so kind , Had the most positive vibes ! He made me think of all the possible things that can go wrong and or right, walked me through everything & let me know what needed to be done, I wasn't sure what I was gonna get into but when I say having him as a tech made my day!! He was really respectful and very very helpful and made sure that the job that he got hired to do was done before leaving my home ! He ensure that before leaving I had peace of mind , And when I say right there I really appreciate that !! Troy & Drew did an amazing job! I was really stressed about having to deal with my plumbing issue on my own. Thankful, they both put me at ease, stayed until the job was completed, and were very patient with my excitable dogs. I’m very happy that I booked with Roto-Rooter!

We had a bad plug in the main line on a Sunday. We called several businesses who wanted to charge an emergency fee and still couldn't come out until late or the next day. We called Roto-Rooter, who was available and didn't charge an emergency fee. Jesse came out within a couple of hours and had the clog fixed quickly. He made some recommendations on how to prevent a similar clog I'm the future. We are very happy customers.

Two Complains : (1) Warehouse employees shouldn't be coercing drivers to break seals without witnessing it. Warehouse employee should break it themselves in front of the driver or witness the driver doing it

If there's a shortage the driver doesn't want a shared liability. That being said - Make certain your employees either cut the seal or witness the driver doing it.

(2) Too all the cry baby truck drivers in search of a poddy break. Your supposed to have your own means of doing your business in the bunk to start with. And secondly you likely drove past several hundred public restrooms before you even got here.

Planned poop is like planned parenthood. Your supposed to think ahead and plan for it as opposed to just winging it as you go. Make a note of it ✨️
