Ismael was very professional and communicative. He was a time, on budget, and very helpful in walking me through his approach. Ismael moved and reconnected a tankless hot water heater which required rerouting gas and water. It all works great. I would definitely bring him back again.

Jose and team were professional and took care of the problem without issue. I got the water heater installation done by non professionals only to be fixed properly by these guys. I am quite happy with their work so far. I am not sure about the cost of service being the cheapest or not but they are worth it I think. So far so good. Only time will tell if things hold on

I had the best experience with Jose from Plumbing Excellence NW. As a first time home owner and being female, I was very nervous with the process of finding a plumber I felt comfortable with. After chatting with several referrals and options I found online, I am so very thankful I went with PE! Jose was very respectful and took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could easily understand. He was thorough and went over all that needed to be done, and broke down the cost. He also provided several estimates to choose from, prioritizing what needed the most urgent work and what could wait. He was on time and communicated when he was on his way. Once finished, he made sure to fully clean up and once again, walk me through what was done and offered insight on how to maintain everything to ensure it lasts. Overall I am very glad I went with this company and will absolutely refer them to my friends and family! 10/10 highly recommend!

Got 3 bids for water system replacement. It was an easy choice to go with Plumbing Excellence Northwest. I saw Jose for the initial estimate. He walked me through what they would need to do procedurally, and he also suggested an indoor shut-off valve for the water, and adding a water heater expansion tank. This seemed reasonable and I told him I was already thinking of replacing the water heater itself. Jose provided me with 3 estimates: fix leak only, replace water system only (which I had already decided to do), and replace water system along with adding an indoor shut off valve, and also installing a new water heater with expansion tank. Prices were reasonable. Jose made sure he needed to answer any questions I had before signing. I also appreciated that this company was able to communicate with me via text which I prefer. This was an all day project, so they were here to start early in the morning and they also worked through the rain. They were also very careful to make sure none of my cats would escape. This was probably the best experience I’ve had with any company, and I was glad that I took the time to get 3 bids because Plumbing Excellence Northwest was the last bid I got (I was actually contemplating of only getting 2 after I got the second estimate). I have already suggested this company to 2 of my friends, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Please don’t ever change your business model!

I had a 1st time visit today with Jose, Plumbing Excellence NW, after a referral from a friend, noting Jose’s high quality work.

From first communication to job completion, Jose was professional and courteous. He follows up on calls and emails within the same day. His work installing a new toilet with washlet was done well and within estimated period of time despite our condo complex having some issues with finding the corresponding water lines to my unit. His price was fair, competitive with prices of other local plumbers. He was respectful of property (wearing shoe covers) and has great ‘clean-up values’!

I won’t wish for any more plumbing needs! However, if they occur, I’ll be calling Jose!

Jose installed a new furnace for me. He was very professional and explained the furnace to me. He changed my thermostat as well and made sure I knew how to set the schedule. My unit is super quiet and heats up my house so well. The highest I have had to turn it up was 74deg while it’s in the 30’s outside. Very efficient system. I would highly recommend Jose and his team.

Jose w/“Plumbing Excellence” is a Gem. The day before Thanksgiving our kitchen sink plumbing developed a leaks in both Hot & Cold plumbing lines. Apparently Rodents really love chewing through Pex material plumbing lines. Jose was able to see us for a “Same Day appt” plus he was able to Eval/Quote & Complete Fixing the damaged Pipes so we could move on to the next stage of repairing what the water destroyed. Having Plumbing Excellence text me a little info about Jose & a Photo. I felt relaxed having a man come to my home as my husband was at work. I knew a little about Jose plus I would know exactly what he would look like. He completed the repairs w/in an hour, having all the equipment he needed in his Truck. We will be passing Plumbing Excellence info. on to our friends & family so they have a reliable Plumber for any of their future needs.

After discovering a leak that left water in my basement, I realized I needed a plumber right away. After trying to reach a few places with no luck, my insurance agent suggested Executive Plumbing. Jonathan came out quickly and fixed the issue by replacing the expansion tank. He also let me know that my water heater was getting old and might need to be replaced soon. When it was time to get a new water heater, Jonathan returned with Axel and they handled everything perfectly. They were friendly, professional, and took great care to protect my carpets, wood floors, and walls while moving the 50-gallon tank in and out of the basement. The price was fair and matched what I found during my research. I highly recommend their plumbing services for anyone in the area. Excellent experience!

We need a plumber to come replace our 50 gallon hot water heater. We ended up using the plumber's here and they did an excellent job installing our new water heater.. I really liked that before they came the technician sent us a profile about who the plumber was, it was a very nice touch.
