Pike Plumbing & Sewer did an excellent job replacing the 1/2" spigot with a new frost-proof hose spigot. They connected it to the current copper in the crawl space and tested for leaks and function. The charges were reasonable."

Pike came out to reseat a leaky toilet in a home I was purchasing as part of a seller agreement, and I have the work completion letter. Here's what I know:

First red flag was hearing through the grapevine that the contractor was annoyed to have to come back out. Everyone knows an annoyed person is not doing their best. Come to find out the toilet leak was not in fact fixed, go figure, floor moisture goes up after each flush. Quality matches the attitude I suppose.

I go to replace the toilet myself, and the flange bolt has slipped. Must've left me this little gift. And to tie it all together they used clear instead of white silicone. It just looks sloppy, and you can see the old caulk remains underneath it as pictured. At least it wasn't MY pocket they drained for this work! But it is my toilet.

Anthony from Pike Plumbing & Sewer was able to come out first thing the day after I called and did a great job of fixing my pipe leak quickly and at a very reasonable price. I got prior notice of his ETA time, he provided a free estimate, and then got the work done quickly. He explained what he would be doing, he used a higher quality replacement part, he told me options for getting the wall dried out, and he was very pleasant to work with. I can definitely recommend Pike!

Had a finicky kitchen sink fitting that was bound and determined to leak. Pike Plumbing was fast to respond and come back until the issue was resolved. Great client service.

We had a complicated full structure demolition ongoing on Marine View Dr. Pike jumped in with their camera services to help us locate the sewer for capping. They had someone on site very quickly and were able to get me all the documents needed for close out inspections. Everyone was incredibly helpful!
