My home warranty company set up my service with Pike Plumbing. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. Kelsey worked with our warranty company and we had a new water heater in 2 days. I highly recommend their services.

Excellent service! Very, very professional staff (Customer service, Plumber & one of the the Owner’s). First impression was excellent. Beautiful business vehicle, organized workmanship & did not dilly dally ! The Plumber & Owner were very detailed with technical knowledge & explanations, attention to detail and very honest with their answers, and I asked a slew of questions! The entire process was smooth in dealing with them. Please support their business and use them! I cant rave enough about them. Their staff( I interacted with a total of 4- One Owner, Plumber & 2 Customer Service) were all excellent!

I was having problems with spiking water pressure at my home so I called a couple of different plumbers. Anthony came and did a thorough inspection and gave me potential solutions and a reasonable bid that included upgrades. From now on Pike Plumbing will be the first one I call.

We had a job that was very difficult to identify and find parts for. Spencer at the Tacoma Washington location was very patient and diligent with helping us obtain these parts. We very much appreciate his assistance. He deserves high praise from his leadership. Thank you.

I had been using a large corporate plumbing service for my various needs. Another Irrigation contractor that I’ve used And respected recommended Anthony Pike of Pike Plumbing. I needed a full replumb of my entire townhome. It had old galvanized pipes and they were starting to leak. They came with the unit in 1968. I got a bid from the corporate plumbing company. And then called Anthony at Pike Plumbing for a bid. The first thing I noticed when I spoke with him was how much more humane he was, Than the corporate reps. He took the time to have a slow and easy conversation and explain everything about a replumb. It was something I had never done. He was patient and Listened andcommunicated well and made sure I understood what he was explaining. My job was a very difficult one because it was very hard to access the plumbing in the crawlspace. He gave me a bid that included far, far more work than the bid from the corporate. Big corporate bid did not include the drywall repair nor all the removal of the HVAC insulation and ductwork that needed to be moved to access the Plumbing. That left me with a dilemma as I had no prior contact with contractors of that nature.. I would have to begin a long research process. Anthony gave me a bid that was $10,000 Less than big corporate, and it also included his subcontractors that would take care of all the drywall repair and painting, and that included the HVAC removal and replacement of everything that was in the way of accessing the plumbing. And when they were done, everything was immaculate. And Anthony went above and beyond what was on the bid and did more work such as replacing an odd waterline to my icemaker and installing a Spicket in the backyard. That Spicket had to have a wall blown out inside the house which needed to be repaired, etc. etc.. He never charged me anymore for that. I’m not suggesting he’s gonna do work for free for you, but I can attest to the fact that he’s honest and fair and extremely knowledgeable about his craft. I have already recommended him to Several friends were considering using him. Highly, highly Recommended!

Anthony arrived on time after texting me with his ETA. He installed a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal in a very timely, efficient and friendly manner. He had to make an alteration to the drain pipe from the sink to the new disposal but quickly figured it out and it looks and performs perfectly. I had one of the “Big Guys” in for an estimate and it was outrageous. Pike is a small local company that provided exactly what I needed for a very fair price. They have earned my future plumbing business!

We found out our faucets for our washing machine were leaking when we attempted to shut it off to remove it. We reached out to Pike Plumbing and Sewer after 5 pm, and still got a response, and were able to schedule next day. Anthony showed up on time and knocked the work out quickly, and was on his way before I could even begin to stress it!

Cory and his apprentice were friendly, on time and efficient. They explained what needed to be done and got right to work. It was a bit of a challenge and Cory got creative with his tools needed and finished the job. As he was leaving he gave me a couple valuable tips. Definitely 5 star service.

I had an amazing experience with Pike Plumbing & Sewer! Corey came out to my home in Monroe to replace a shower valve and did a fantastic job. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knows his stuff. It’s a relief to have everything working perfectly again. Highly recommend!

I had Travis come out to fix my mother's leaking faucet. He diagnosed the problem and saved us a couple hundred on the repair. Even did a walkthrough to make sure everything else in my house was fine. Excellent service, professionalism, and friendliness. I highly recommend this company.

I called them as my water heater all of a sudden switched off. They were prompt and sent in the technician later that day.

Upon inspecting, the technician said that there might be an issue with the air circulation, and he will need to take the heater apart. He quoted me around $700. Since the heater was already 10 years old, I asked him to quote me for a new heater and paid him for the service.

Later that day, I tried igniting the gas controller myself and followed the error code to search the internet. I found plenty of posts suggesting the issue with the overheating and a simple reset will suffice. I tried that and it started working and it still works after many days.

Either the technician tried to rip me off or he wasn't aware of this. Either way, I wouldn't suggest doing business with them.

Thank you Rush Plumbing! Your name is appropriate! I have yet to have a repairman come so swiftly, and boy did I need it. You guys are a lifesaver. The service was fast, the guy was friendly, and my heater was up and running in no time at all. I might just have to recommend you to my friends. Cant thank you enough!

A few years ago I inherited a house. The house was old, run down and needed a major overhaul. The water pipes were over 70 years old and were in pretty bad shape. So after a little research I hired Rush Plumbing for two reasons. 1) The price was for the work needed to be done was reasonable and 2) Robert Craul was willing to work with me through out the process. I moved the kitchen to a different part of the house and increased the size. I also enlarged the bathroom and put in a double vanity. That meant Robert had to do part the of plumbing and wait a year or two for me to complete the move of the kitchen before coming in and finishing of the plumbing in the kitchen. Then months later Robert came back again to complete the plumbing in the bathroom. During the entire process Robert was kind, respectful and understanding. We discussed cost as we went along and he was always reasonable. The quality of the work was excellent. I would recommend Rush Plumbing to anyone. A big thank you to Rush Plumbing and to Robert Craul.

These guys are absolute pros. Thanks so much for making the emergency trip out this weekend. The leak would’ve ruined the party but you stepped in and made it all possible. I would definitely recommend Rush Plumbing to anyone looking for a job done right. The service was efficient, and the plumber explained all the details to me so there was no confusion on my part.

Travis was able to assess the severity of my clogged drain and got to work immediately upon arrival! He was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and professional. So thankful! I will absolutely use Rush Plumbing again (but fingers crossed that I won’t need to)

After a few simple leaks were repaired at my place recently, I called Rush Plumbing Seattle to inspect my water main. They were able to replace my water main and I noticed a sizably smaller water bill this month! The work didn’t take long at all. The plumbers at Rush are really great, and I am glad I used them again.
