Tankless water heater. Error code implied air flow issue. Actual problem was with condensation flow.

Had a water main leak in our front yard. Had 2 companies come give us a bid. Rush Plumbing came in at more than $1000 less than the other company, did what they said they would on schedule. Good communication, friendly service.

Robert was amazing and very helpful. Helped find our leak and got us in touch with a restoration company that was helpful as well. He was very professional!

We had a large, but isolated leak under our kitchen sink. These guys came quickly to give an estimate and were able to finish the work in our crawl space on the spot, in less time, and thus less money than we were quoted elsewhere. Highly recommend this local business!!!

Rush Plumbing always takes great care of us! I had such a great experience when they RE-piped my galvanized plumbing, installed a shower and wet bar (among other things), that as a real estate agent I recommend them to all my clients as well. They make me look good!

It’s the worst service I had, it doesn’t even worth one star. They didn’t do the work as requested, the work is so unprofessional and doesn’t look good at all. They took so long to fulfill the city requirements and all the fixing time was timed and charging me on the extra time and the wrong part that they used. They were learning how to do the work, the city had to give them the instructions. Also don’t sign any papers electronically because they will use your signature later on receipts that you didn’t approve like they did with me.

Hired Rush Plumbing to help me with a bathroom remodel. Tucker came out, he was on time, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. The price was exactly what they said it would be. I would highly recommend this company.

Rush Plumbing replaced our hot water heater and did a great job at a competitive price. We had it replaced before the old one failed, so we were able to shop around and to schedule the service at a time that was convenient for us, and Rush Plumbing was very accommodating of our schedules. They were professional and courteous, both over the phone and on-site. And when the water heater had to be adjusted to fix a problem, they were out again quickly, and again very accommodating of our schedules. A good plumber that I would recommend.

I have had several projects done by Rush, both at work and at home. They’ve completed jobs for me both large and small; from a full building repipe to a leaky water main, and replacing/fixing several sinks & toilets. These guys are the absolute best. At this point, I’m pretty sure I’ve worked with every plumber on their crew and they’re all extremely good. They’re professional, always leave the job site clean, communicate well (worth mentioning because a lot of companies don’t), and their prices are great. Rush is my #1 vendor for both professional and personal projects.

These guys rock! During the recent cold snap, our pipes froze and burst and we were without water for a week. Since this was happening all over the city, we were having a really difficult time finding any plumber who was able to make it out to us to help. But even during this super busy time, Robert was able to come out and take a look the day after we called. We appreciated how upfront he was about how extensive the plumbing issue was in our house and how big of a project it was going to be to fix. Robert and his crew (Dalton, Tucker, and one other I think that I don't quite remember the name, sorry!) spent multiple days completing our repipe with insulation/shower valve replacements/etc. They communicated with us closely each step of the way and worked long hours to get the (difficult) job done as quickly as they could. They also made sure to clean everything up well after they finished. The price was very fair for all the work done. They did a really amazing job and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process during that stressful time. We're happy to have some reliable, knowledgeable and friendly people to call in the future with any more plumbing issues!

Rush Plumbing is THE BEST!! Robert has always done everything possible to help especially in crisis. His pricing is extremely fair but most important is his work ethic. Rush Plumbing will not lie or cheat to make a buck. Just this week Tucker was dispatched to repair plumbing for my upstairs toilet. He accessed the situation, explained what he had to do, was quick to make the repairs, called his boss to confirm his plan and left the area super clean.
In talking with Tucker he expressed what a breath of fresh air it was to be working with Rush after working in the area for another popular plumbing outfit where he was encouraged to “create new issues at the home so he could charge more to unsuspecting home owners, etc”. That makes me sick! Shameful!!
Again, Rush Plumbing is ethical, fair with superior talent on staff. It’s awesome to hear Robert is mentoring the next generation with his talent and ethics.

Great experience getting bidets added to toilets and having a tough-to-get-at drain unclogged. Service was prompt with friendly, professional workers who care about making sure the job is done right (and clean afterwards). Shout out to Tucker for making sure I understood the "behind the scenes" of my house's plumbing and how best to handle clogged drains; he's a real one!

Tucker from Rush came to our newly purchased, but older home. He moved our laundry plumbing into the wall, replaced faucets and shower heads, checked/adjusted water pressure, unclogged sink drains and more.
