I used this company in the past and they were great. We had someone come out last week for a leaky faucet and was charged over $300 for a small job, which would be fine but the leak is worse than before. Have called several times to get a hold of someone to come back and they will not return calls or pick up the phone. Very disappointed.

Had appointment scheduled for 11-3and no one showed up at that time no call to say running late. Showed up at 4 with a attitude. I tried to phone the company and went straight to voice mail and no one called back.

Deep had worked with me on a number of houses and I have really enjoyed working with him. He doesn't over charge or upsell me like most of the big plumbing vendors, and he focused on my needs.

We had a supply line leak at our business at 8:30 pm. The owner talked me through shutting off the water. He showed up about 30 minutes later and made a quick and temporary fix so that he could come replace the valve during normal business hours. This saved me having to pay the emergency hours price and he was able to go to the supply house and grab the needed parts.

I felt confident in their work and never once felt pressured into doing more than I needed.

We liked the work so much that Vortex did on our kitchen drain pipe (see below) that we had them come back and re-pipe our entire house's hot and cold water pipes. Our home had the original galvanized pipes from 1967. This which meant that the pipes were flaking (potentially a health hazard) and had a lot of mineral deposits - making the water pressure pretty bad. Baldeep and his team came in quickly and had a clear plan that reduced the amount of demo'ing they needed to do. Everyone was very nice, professional, organized, and did a good job following covid-safety protocol. I can now highly recommend Vortex for both big and medium-sized jobs.

Vortex did a great job replacing our kitchen drain pipe! We noticed water leaking in bubbles in our drywall ceiling, opened it up, and realized the entire drain pipe needed to be replaced...stat. We couldn't use our kitchen until we had someone out to do the work (doing dished in the bathroom sink is not fun, let me tell you). Not only did Vortex come out same day to do an estimate - they came back the next day and fixed it completely! They were professional, nice, and went above and beyond to get us back up and running. Highly recommend.

Vortex has installed two toilets for us. They are fast, efficient and courteous.

The office staff was friendly and helped me book the appointment fast. Great team all around.

Installed a replacement hot water heater on my insurance. Did not tell me there would be any additional fees when they confirmed the appointment. Only informed me that they would charge me an additional $300 extra for the expansion tank a few hours before the arrived. They also left my brand new kitchen faucet with no hot water pressure (worked fine before they came) and implied that I was lying about that.

My water heater broke and flooded the garage the night before Thanksgiving. I called and got many quotes. Vortex called me back right away, gave me the best price, and they came out on Thanksgiving morning. They didn't charge me extra for the holiday. They did a professional job. The new water heater was installed well and works great.

Deep and his team were Very professional, Very fast and pricing was very reasonable. I typically don't trust plumbers, they overcharge when they know you need them the most. Deep was very different, he fixed the issue within 30mts and was very nice to work with. I would recommend him strongly

Called and left a message and got a call back the same day. Switched to texting back and forth which was great because I could send photos of my leaking hose bibb and they let me know my options before coming out for an onsite check and bid.

Crew that came next day was great and fixed my issues. Will definitely use Vortex again.

June 2025 Update:
FOUR YEARS LATER the company owner replies to my review. Not 4 days later, or 4 weeks later, but FOUR YEARS LATER. Looks like being prompt and attentive to complaints is not a priority to the owner of Vortex Plumbing!
I had a plumbing emergency last month and called Hunts Services. Their pricing was more reasonable, the plumber was PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL, and he cleaned up his work very nicely. Night and day difference in experience compared to Vortex Plumbing. I'm STILL warning my neighbors, friends, relatives and whoever else asks to STAY AWAY from Vortex Plumbing. And I will direct anyone asking to this review if they are looking for a plumber.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Value
STAY AWAY!! Deep arranged a time to replace a bathroom faucet and was 45 minutes late.
He then complained that the original faucet he was removing was badly corroded and difficult to remove. Really?! That's why I'm having the faucet replaced by a -supposed- professional who should have experience removing challenging plumbing fixtures.
Deep finally did replace the faucet but now the sink drain leaks. He blamed the leak on the installation hardware included with the Moen faucet I bought. He said he did not have replacement hardware on hand. I was shocked. What professional plumber doesn't carry common and basic parts to a job. He offered "to buy the part but I'll have to charge you to come back and install it." I was incredulous!
I paid Deep the $200 -minus his offer of $100 for the leaking drain- to get him out of the house. He literally took the money and ran. He packed up his tools and was out the door in a flash.
Two other complaints. 1) Deep was on the phone THREE times while working on the faucet. 2) Please see the photo of the filthy bathroom sink he left with plumber's putty residue.

STAY AWAY from Deep. Take your hard earned money elsewhere and find a real professional plumber to do the job correctly.

I will update this post if Deep responds. Or if he calls me back (he still has my number). I doubt he cares enough or has the courage to do either.

Great service!! Knowledgeable & honest. I wanted a garbage disposable but he explained why it wouldn’t work, instead of taking my money and causing me more problems. Thank you for your thorough, knowledgeable, and honest work!

We used vortex several times for installing a new power flush toilet, fixing a leak and unclogging a blocked sewer line. Was able to coordinate over text messages. Plumbers were courteous and professional.

Tech person arrived within estimated time period, was personable and efficient. Price seemed reasonable although I didn’t shop it out for comparables. We were very pleased with the work and professionalism. Highly recommend this plumbing company.

They made sure everything worked, tested it twice, and cleaned up like pros.

The plumber was very responsive and helped resolve the issue pretty quickly with our gas line into the stove. They even came for a follow-up when we had our new stove installed as the installers weren't able to do it.
