Matt came out to do a repair on our garbage disposal. Did a tremendous job, even pointed out some stuff to recommend on replacing. Works great and our sink drains like brand new. Definitely recommend.

PSE came out to our home to check out a gas leak. PSE was not able to fix the problem but recommended Pristine Plumbing. Jessie was here in an hour and took care of the problem lickety split. He showed us exactly where the gas leak was coming from. I highly recommend Pristine Plumbing. I would use them again in a heart beat👍

Pristine Plumbing...I can't say enough good things about them. I had to get my reverse osmosis water filter system adjusted and Nick was able to do it without using any of the extra water piping I thought that I needed to get the job done. Olivia is so great, very friendly and efficient at getting the help that I needed and the right person to the job too. Thank you SO much!!

I had the pleasure of working with Matt from Pristine Plumbing. My morning was so stressful, I tried replacing a shut-off valve, but it continually leaked. now we were without fresh water for my wife and three children, water was leaking continually underneath the kitchen sink. The kitchen was a mess. I didn't know what to do. When Pristine Plumbing was called, they got someone out to my house far EARLIER than I expected, and within a short time he had located and fixed the leak - I wish I had called them first! They were so very professional, courteous, and quick to respond. Thank you so much for taking care of this plumbing problem - everything turned out pristine.

Joshua Campbell from Pristine helped in detecting 2 separate source of water leak under kitchen sink. He directly worked with our home warranty company to get authorization for replacement some items and fixed others. Within 2 hours he fixed the issue. Scheduling was easy too. Overall good experience 👍

What a great relief to find an honest plumbing business. After calling around popular commercialized plumbing businesses and getting rude service and astronomical price quotes, I was frustrated and burnt out! So I reached out to our neighborhood community chat plateform and a neighbor recommended Pristine plumbing. I now owe my neighbor many thanks! First when you call you are in contact with an actual human! Olivia was the sweetest and so real she broke down the process and made sure I knew nothing would be charged until an in person estimate was actually done. So no weird fees for even having someone come look! Then Matt came out he texted me well before my appointment to let me know his time of arrival. When he showed up he was so kind, thorough, and cleaned up after himself throughout the entire process. My puppy didn't even bark at him so you know he is a good person. He took out old and installed new toilets upstairs and downstairs with ease. Our toilets look great, feel sturdy to sit on and I am looking forward to the reduction in my water bill by having a professional fix my silent leaky toilets. Use Pristine Plumbing! We used this service due to our home warranties contract with them. We received a quote of $800 at the door to replace 2 toilets, toilet installations we were previously told would be free. We were told that the home warranty would cover the toilet replacements (we had purchased the new toilets). Matt called Fidelity and received permission for the main level toilet to be replaced. My husband and I thus knew that we would pay approximately $550 as we were quoted $150 for a video scope of our line. We were beyond shocked we were asked to pay $1,478.09. My husband paid but we were not happy. Beyond this our appointment had been rescheduled two times and the plumber was late. Thinking that we were done with the company Nick called the next week to inform us that they had undercharged us! They said that Fidelity sent us a check for the main toilet installation that was meant for them. My husband and I spoke with Fidelity, meanwhile, being harassed as if we were in collections by Nick. Fidelity informed us that their contracted rate for a main level toilet replacement was $350 and that the check they sent us was meant for Pristine. I called Olivia on 1/26/2021 and explained what Fidelity said and authorized her to take $350 from my card and also asked for a receipt. I thought we were finally done with this beyond awful experience only to look at my bank account and see that Pristine took $465.00 from my bank card on 1/27/2021 without authorization, which, is fraud. I will not recommend this company and will warn anyone thinking of using this company to run the other way.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used Pristine - they were originally assigned to me by my insurer and the first couple of jobs were fine, though expensive. This last time (and it will be my last time), I contracted them to replace some pipes. The technicians left a huge mess (dust everywhere, solder dripped all over the kitchen, and drywall so messily removed that it's going to be a huge $ pain to patch) and the bill was enormous. Their customer service is always really friendly (thus the 2 stars) but this time I felt totally gaslighted - the made it seem like the price and the mess they made was to be expected.

Would not recommend.

After a long 3 month process of getting my refrigerator fixed, I was told that the copper water tubing for the water was kinked and needed to be repaired. Pristine plumbing was able to get a tech out to my home within a week! When Travis showed up he immediately saw that the work was not done up to code. Rather than him just doing a "quick fix" he went above and beyond to ensure that his repair was done properly and to code standards THE SAME DAY! Very happy with their service. Thank you!

Thank you to Nick and Pristine Plumbing. Needed our dishwasher drain pipe re-routed. Scheduling with Olivia was a breeze and Nick was on-time, quick, and provided a quality service. Pristine was polite and communicative the whole way through and their quote was on-target. Would recommend!

We had a slow leak in our main water line to our home. Nick came out & explained what they would do to fix and repair it by boring underneath our driveway and put new pex piping and connect to our home shut off valve. He was on time for the estimate and the day of the job. Nick, Jessie and the crew were awesome. Olivia at the office was very responsive everytime I had a question. Nick is a busy guy but he made sure everything worked right & done right. I called around for other bids but they were the best price. I will refer them to my friends & relatives & use them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

Pristine Plumbing did a fantastic job on some seriously clogged drain pipes in our 1960's Renton home. Water was backing up into the kitchen sink and had previously flooded into the garage (which is always great...)
The plumber, Jesse, called ahead to advise he was close, showed up exactly on time, was polite, professional, explained the processes of everything he was going. He even left the kitchen cleaner than he found it! He really was a rockstar and got us all set up. I could not be happier with our experience and would not hesitate to call Pristine Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.
