These guys are great! Answered my call right away, came out the same day, found the problem immediately (turned out to be a simple clogged hose), and charged a very reasonable price since it was so quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Omg!!! We had a drain problem called rotor rooter & they were going to charge us 8k for what they said was a 3 man job. Deep from vortex came & did all 3 jobs for such an affordable price. We are beyond grateful for how he came in & worked with us, but he did everything under an hour & more. Thank you Vortex for being an amazing company we the Flores family appreciate you so much 💕

After multiple failed attempts by other plumbers to resolve our water leak, Vortex showed up, found the problem in less than 30 minutes, and had it fixed the same day. Their level of experience and attention to detail is clear.

Few people think, "Oh I need to have my plumbing checked on a regular basis to make sure it's working properly."

Thus, in general, plumbing needs are probably emergencies.

This was indeed the case with our kitchen sink/disposal/dishwasher urgent need.

Deep came out and had it fixed in no time. He took one look at it and said, "Oh, this is easy." Sure enough!

Fast forward a couple of weeks...

A couple of days ago one of our toilets started leaking Old house, old toilet.

The assessment yesterday was new toilet.

Today the crew came in and had it done in no time.

They brought a new one and took the old one. And thoroughly caulked around the base.

A couple of hours from now when the caulk dries the new toilet will be my number 1 priority...

I recently had Vortex come and fix shower backup and drain issues for a rental property I have in Federal Way. His team was awesome and efficient, and Deep also goes above and beyond to work with you and explain your options.

I called 15-20 plumbers asking them how much they would charge to run a chain snake down my pipes and ALL of them wanted to come visit before providing estimates.

Deep was the only one that took the information I provided on the problem, provided a few different solutions, and gave me a rough range which is EXACTLY what I was looking for.

The next day his team was out there to fix the issue. I had some scheduling issues with the tenants and the Vortex team but they were understanding.

Disappointed with service. No written assessment was given to me. Nick tried to my home 🏡 may need replying due to out of date pipes.

I had initially issued a claim with my home warranty company, which brought Matt to my house. The work ended up not being covered by my policy, but Pristine gave me a good deal and really did good work.

Prestine plumbing has helped us twice now. They are very responsive, have great customer service and detail oriented in the work they perform. I highly reccomend them if you have plumbing needs.

These guys are professionals, They came in early and fix my ao smith water heater. From scheduling it to the Technician that came here. Someone actually answer their phone or call you back. Technician was direct, and got it done quickly. Great customer service.

Matt did a great job; he was both professional and friendly. He also took the time to explain what needed to be done now and go over possible future concerns. We will definitely utilize his services again.

Greedy, unprofessional and unethical.

They were dispatched by Fidelity home warranty to unclog sewer of my house. The technician (name is Matt) initially did not know it was a home warranty claim (his company just sent him). He offered to use snake to unclog but suggest that a jetter might be needed in the future. He started talking about price. I then told him it was a home warrantee claim. He immediately changed his story. He said that he was not going to do it and the home warantee company will send someone with a jetter. I called his office then to ask them do the snake first as he proposed earlier.

The office manager (named Nick) then called me back and the first thing he said was threatening me that he would tell Fidelity to cancel my home warantee contract.

We had a leaking faucet. Matt came in on-time and quickly fixed the leak. He was professional, quick, and super kind. Great communication and service overall. Highly recommend
