Big thank you to Pristine Plumbing for helping us out with a leaky pipe that we found in the crawlspace of our new home. Olivia was very helpful getting everything set up over the phone and Matt & team were wonderful in explaining our options, offering us a fair price for the work we were having done and getting the work completed as planned. I also appreciate their patience with all my questions! Have you ever been in a situation where you had to do a search on Google to find a professional? That was us. Such an anxious feeling. We called Pristine Plumbing after reading their reviews and we have to tell you, what a great company that we decided to trust with our house. We just bought a 53 year old home that turned out needing a whole new replacement of plumbing. Not what we were planning but the staff talked us through what needed to be done for our peace of mind for our future in our forever home. The guys who did the work are so knowledgeable and professional. They made us feel very at ease throughout the whole process. Do yourself a favor and look no further for your plumbing needs. One of the toughest things about managing a restaurant for me has been finding good help when something breaks down that I don't have any expertise in. Plumbing is definitely one of those areas, so I was relieved when I found Pristine Plumbing. Their customer service was excellent, they were super responsive, and reasonably priced. The thing that was the best for me was that everyone was so personable and didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions, and also made me feel like I wasn't getting taken advantage of. In particular, Nick, Jessie and Olivia were all wonderful! We will definitely be calling Pristine again!

Kyle and Brayden did a great job. Fixed the pipe in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend their service.

Kyle helped me out with some water heater work, and did a fantastic job. Felt like I learned a bunch and didn’t feel pushed into getting work done. Still ended up going with his suggested work, though.

I wanted to give Pristine plumbing a 4 star review because they wasted no time to rectify the problems listed below and even though I lost my cool they were respectful. the reason for the 3 stars is the repair that had to be done to the floor joist.

I contacted Pristine Plumbing yesterday, and they got back to me within a few hours via text. After a few back-and-forth conversations, I was scheduled for an estimate today.

Xxxx came to my house today to give me an estimate on running a gas line for a stove and re-routing the gas line for my water heater.
He advised against re-routing the water heater since it's not a problem in its current state. I appreciate his honesty. He could have told me it was wrong and charged me for unnecessary work.

Not only did xxxx give me an estimate, but he also committed to completing the job today. He walked me through the work he was going to perform and explained every step.

I'm very satisfied with the xxxx work ethic and professionalism.
My overall experience with Pristine Plumbing has been excellent.

After looking at the work performed, I became alarmed and angry because the gas line was being suspended by the twine that held up the insulation to the crawl space ceiling. There was also an excess amount of material removed from the floor joist, which doesn't appear to be consistent with what would be required to perform the job.

I immediately called Pristine Plumbing and spoke to Olivia. She sent out two techs who arrived within a few hours to secure the gas line and address the floor joist.

After securing the gas line the techs told me they would come by early the next day to button things up. Which they did.

Dec 15th 23
The techs arrived early in the morning to finish up. I was assured that the work and repair to the joist would pass an inspection.
I'll be going under to take pictures of their work. And I'm looking forward to talking to Pristine Plumbing about permitting and inspections.

Dec 18th 23
Spoke with Olivia (dispatch) about permitting and inspections. She informed me that I would have to pay to have them pull the permit and the inspection since I didn't request them from the tech at the time I hired them. According to her, most people waive permitting and inspections therefore it's up to me to request it. I explained to her that I didn't know anything about permits and inspections to request them. It was reiterated to me that they can schedule it and that I would have to pay for it.
At this point the message was clear. It's my fault for not knowing prior to contracting them. This is when I became frustrated and naturally my tone of voice reflected that. Olivia let me know that she felt I was being rude and that she would have management call me. I'm looking forward to the call so we can resolve this.

In the meantime, I'm going to have to spend time informing myself about the regulations regarding permitting, inspections and homeowner/contractor responsibilities.

Soon after I spoke with Olivia, I received a call from Ray (manager). He informed me that Olivia misspoke. They are going to file for the permit and inspection. I was reminded that because of the holidays the process might not happen as fast as I would expect. Which is reasonable.
I was also informed that the reason for the confusion is that my house is in an unincorporated area of King County. Because of that they had a hard time finding my address in the system which guides them to the regulations they must follow for the county and city where the work is being performed. That is why it took them longer than usual to get the permitting process started.
That explanation makes sense and helps set my expectations.

Jan 5th 24
Nick and Kyle showed up early today for the inspection and completed the job.
Pristine Plumbing did a great job keeping me up to date with what was going on with the permit and inspection since we last spoke on Dec 18th 2023.

The technician did a great job replacing the shut off valve for our gas fireplace. Highly recommend Kyle, he is friendly and efficient.

Abraham’s Plumbing & Rooter tech went above and beyond helping us fix both a broken pipe as well as a bad master valve for our house. The response time on the weekend after hours was extremely fast and I would highly recommend Abraham’s Plumbing & Rooter, and will be using them exclusively moving forward!

Drainpro is outstanding! Not only did they come out on a Sunday, but they were informative, and communicated through the whole process. I’m going to have them back out for a bid for additional work. I’m a General Contractor here in Seattle, and I can assure you, when you find a company that does quality work and has a high level of customer care and communication, hire them! Thank you!

Harman and colleague were highly responsive, prompt, and efficient. Pumped our 60s-era septic system very quickly and provided solid advice on how to make it last through the years. Really thrilled with such professionalism.

They came out last minute and saved the day. He arrived on time and was able to not only drain the septic but look into why it was backing up so quick after just having the tank drained the prior year. Definitely recommend their work

Had a bad drain clog and they came out same day. Papa, their service tech, did a great job getting things working. This included adding 2 clean outs in the crawlspace per my request so next time I might be able to fix things myself. Reasonable rates, fair price. Great work. Happy repeat customer.

Herman and Brandon came out on Christmas Day with two days notice and pump my septic system. They had a great attitude. They were honest and they do good work. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Had an amazing experience, let me tell you! After years of neglect, a certain brand of toilet paper, and taco bell dinners, my septic tank was causing Mt Vesuvius to erupt in my bathroom! Not fun!
Chris H came out to save the day, he was quick to find my tank, I had no clue where it was and in minutes he poked into the ground and noted the distinct noise of a lid. He dug it up crazy fast and got rolling with cleaning it out. This guy deserves an award, as the tank was pumping down slowly (twas a thick smoothie), he saw my grandma mowing the lawn and offered to take over and finished the job even!
When he was done, toilets were flushing again and my tank was so clean you could eat off of it (was tempting)!

Harman’s service was excellent. He called about 20 minutes before arriving, showed up promptly and quickly drained our septic tank. Also, had a really good conversation with him! I highly recommend him and his company!
