Very proficient and exemplary work from this company’s service technicians. I’ve been having problems with my septic system for a while, and had other companies try to fix it but the issue would always come back. In particular, the service technician Harman explained to me in great detail what he was doing to fix the issue, and what was missed with prior attempts. And since then my septic system has been working perfectly. I will be continuing to use this company and highly recommend others to as well!

They arrived in time, gave me a heads up call as they said they would. I felt that extra time and attention was given to evaluating our issue and as to the best solution. So far so good. They will be scheduled back to complete the job.

Quick, quality, cheap. For most companys its pick 2, you dont get all 3. These guys prove that rule wrong. Had my septic tank pumped, arrived on time, finnished fast, and a great price.

Harman was very informative and knowledgeable as he explained to me what he was doing. Took less the 15min for a 500 gallon to be pump. Fast and easy service. Chris was great. No hidden fees. Will use them again.

First off o have a house of 8, that 5 females and 3 males. Had sum back up,plunging issues and today it was bubbling in main toilet!!!! I call 3 septic service and of course, it was a , "it's the weekend, so that's a $200 fee to come out, on top of 700 + fee for pumping and "we can't come out til Monday or Tues and still will be a $100+ fee" wow,with xmas and 6 kid's. Called Drain Beast told them what was up and before payment/cost talk, they put me on today's service schedule ASAP. $50 + fee and a flat rate, called 3-4 more companies, just to shop maybe a cheaper cost(for what, I knew I found my guys) called Drain Beast back Super fast.....they say there guys was on a call already but it would be around 4p.m . Around 1p.m and septic tank was back up in my yard!!!! All I can say is I truly have them on speed dial. Great service , REASONABLE Pricing, GREAT customer service, Awesome communication!!!!!

DrainPro took great care of our septic tank trouble. They provided great communication along the way and arrived at the time they said they would. I was impressed by the knowledge of the DrainPro tech who flushed our system. He was polite and took the time to explain what he would be doing and why. He even took some video and photos of the process to keep my husband, who was at work, informed. I would not hesitate to call DrainPro for future septic system work.

I originally called Drain Pro because I had been scammed by another septic tank repair company. Not only were they nice, professional, understanding, and courteous, but they also came out the very next day to assess the problem. We had a slowing of the process due to county permit regulations, and Harmon helped through the entire process. I don’t know what we would’ve done without them. And I can’t speak highly enough of Harmon and his team!

Called in late evening for slight emergency and Harman was able to come out within a couple hours to pump my septic out. Recommended me a new heavy duty septic cover since mine was cracked and told me where to buy for good price. Price was great as well as I called a few companies at that time. Very professional and even gave a few tips to care for my septic tank. Highly recommend.

Harman and Brandon performed a Christmas miracle and helped us with out backed up septic system. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. We really appreciate someone willing to not only come out on Christmas DAY but to also have a great attitude and have a willing attitude to get the job done no matter what. Had an issue with water in my crawl space. Bob and Angel came out, prepared the crawl space and installed a sump pump. Did an excellent job. Bob reached out to me a day later to make sure all was good with the job. He asked to come out for a follow up as he wanted to make sure one of the pipe brackets was securely fastened. Really appreciate his expertise and patience in answering all questions.

Emergency septic assistance, if you've been in this situation before, then you know! Harmon was our first point of contact, was very upbeat, knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. He was able to get us help right away. Devin gave us a call with an ETA, definitely calming our nerves, and showed up with Justin when promised. These guys were awesome. They answered all questions, taking the time to explain everything, were patient, and of course solved our issue. I can't say enough about our overall experience, except to say they have just earned a lifetime customer.

Amazing!!!! I can’t emphasize enough how impressed we were with Rapid Raptor. We had a problem at 9pm, contacted RR, and they immediately set up a noon appointment the next day. They arrived a few minutes early, called from the driveway (as I had asked because we have dogs), and it was the most efficient, professional, friendly and affordable service I have ever had. They also gave advice on some random plumbing questions I had. My dogs even loved them! I immediately sent messages to all of my friends and colleagues to bookmark them for future repairs. Can’t recommend highly enough!!!

Had a great experience with raptor plumbing & sewer today. Called them to clear my clogged toilet and they were able to schedule same day and clear my sewer line in about an hour. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if any other plumbing issues come up.
