We had an incredible experience with Raptor Plumbing, thanks to Jason’s outstanding service. He originally upgraded our bathroom plumbing and installed our tub and shower, but when we realized we needed a longer tub spout, Jason didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond. He extended the wall pipe to make it work perfectly — and even added screw caps to our toilet simply because he noticed they were missing. That level of attention to detail is rare.

Jason is professional, personable, respectful, and clearly takes pride in his craft. His work is meticulous, and his attitude makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. What an excellent company! Raptor Plumbing did an exceptional job with our whole house repipe. They replaced all our water and drain lines, hose bibs and connection hardware at a reasonable cost and timeline. Jason and Roy are kind, professional, and accommodating. They provided solutions for things that needed fixing but were technically out of scope for this project. Graydon is also a pleasure and does a great job scheduling and with follow up details. We have used Raptor Plumbing for several projects since moving to the area. They repaired an outdoor faucet and installed new shut off valves. They fixed a toilet in the bathroom that was squealing. They replaced another toilet valve that kept giving us trouble and installed a new kitchen faucet I could not get to myself. Months later they even came back to fix a small drip under warranty, even though it was unclear whether it related to the original work. Every visit felt professional and thorough. Easy scheduling. Clear communication. Strong workmanship. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We had leaky water heater at our restaurant and called them for water heater replacement they did a great job I am posting this review first time but I have used them several times every time they do good and reasonable charge I will recommend them to everyone thx

When I discovered a water tank leak, my first thought was to contact Water Heater Masterz. I've always found them to be patient and 100% reliable, such as the time my ancient galvanized pipes needed repiping throughout the house.

Over the phone we discussed my options, which included swapping in a new water tank, on the one hand, and installing a tankless water heater, on the other. I became convinced into going tankless.

They arrived a couple days later on a Monday and got the job done. And they did a fantastic job, as usual!

Highly recommend these guys for any kind of plumbing emergency!

I do not recommend. I had water leak under kitchen sink. Technician inspected for 2 mins and gave wrong analysis that garbage disposal is defective. I spent lot of time to get a new one etc.

Luckily i had it inspected next day with another plumber who inspected it well and found the actual cause which is totally unrelated to garage disposal. Waste of my time due to wrong inspection.
Even the charge quoted was double the other plumber.

Rodney came in and took care of my issue with professionalism and speed. Would recommend this team to all my friends.

Tony and Victor did an A+ job servicing our furnace. They apparently were nearby and just finishing another job when I happened to call so I had the good luck of them showing up to start within an hour of when I first called Beacon to schedule this (non-emergency) work. When the project ended up being a little more involved they stayed late to finish up.

Jeremy and Dave were professional and helped with my plumbing issue. They knew their stuff. Showed up on time. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Jimmy and Stanford - they arrived at 2am when we found our basement flooded from our outdoor storm drain being backed up. They snaked, camera and found it was being blocked by roots. Came back to ensure we had a back up sump pump and fixed the issue by opening up the pipe and removing the rootball. Very communicative and responsive along the way. Jimmy answered all our questions throughout the process. Thank you!!

Luis from came out to check my leaking toilet. He explained everything exceptionally well, and gave me multiple options for repair.
On a Sunday, I was charged a $100 service charge, which seemed reasonable. The prices for repair were higher than a smaller company, but scheduling was easy and they were able to come out extremely quickly.
