Jayden (plumber) arrived promptly, was professional and didn't at all try to upsell me! Alex (electrical) was so thorough in explaining what needed to be done and then Dave Johnson (electrician) was friendly, personable and skilled. All of my housing problems were fixed and I'll definitely use DEAR in the future as they offer so many services, good rates, and best of all great people!

Do not use this company. They will charge expensive fees and they have multiple people coming to your house and the salesmen are very pushy. I accepted because we had no electricity in the basement. They did the work and asked for a daily review and the electrician gets $50 for each review. Each day the work looked like it was going well until finished. Unfortunately the inspector found multiple issues including no GFI in the bathroom. The inspection obviously failed and it’s been two months waiting for them to come and fix the issues. They cancelled 6 times now and most time don’t even call you to let you know they’re not coming. I took time off work and I told them so but they couldn’t care less.
Today again, the day after Christmas, they were supposed to come between 8am to noon. No show and then wanted to come in the afternoon. I asked them to come after 4pm since we had plans. They agreed and then called me at 4:55pm to let me know that they need to reschedule. Know that once you pay, you are at the bottom of the list and they don’t care to deliver promptly work at quality that meets the electrical standards. I took a loan than I’ve been paying for two months although we have a dangerous electrical situation that they created. I asked three times to talk to a manager, I never received a call. Avoid at all cost.

Dante S did an amazing job! I appreciated how thorough he was and he explained which filter I needed. I appreciated his customer service 10/10.

Our fire alarm and fire sprinkler system alarms are inexplicably triggering and we needed an electrician to troubleshoot after all of our attempts failed.Taylor was friendly, professional and did a good job explaining things to us. We were offered potential solutions and steps to take to solve the issue. Rather then go ahead and pay for the project they advised us to also get an inspection from a fire sprinkler company to make sure it’s not something else. We appreciate the honesty. We will be following up with DEAR Services once we talk a fire sprinkler company. I would recommend company if you are having any issues related to their services.

Our technician, Jayden from DEAR Services did an excellent job with our plumbing repairs. He was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and expedient! Highly recommend!

Update on 3/5/24: Kyle came by yesterday. I had a 12 to 4 pm arrival window. He came around 4:40pm. Was almost late for my next event. Glad they finally fixed it. Their 4 hour window is bad of you ever have issues with their installs and they have to fix anything. Took them about 3 weeks to come back out and fix the issue. Good thing my furnace wasn't broken!

Kyle was great and very thorough in full system inspection with pictures and measurements.

But, he left a mess and did not fix the holes in my system. I left message with the Dear front office lady and no response. Responded to the quote with no response either.

** They’re trying to bury the negative reviews with a string of generic 5-star posts. I just hope people don’t fall for it.

I was disappointed with their service. I initially called them to have my electrical panel inspected, and while the electricians who came out seemed to do a thorough job, their follow-up was severely lacking. I asked for an estimate to install a new panel as well as the inspection report. They told me I would receive both by the end of the day. And they waived the investigation fee which I thought it’s a good customer service until later.

However, there was no follow-up, so I called them again. The report they eventually sent was extremely generic, missing both the inspector’s name and the inspection date, etc. I had to call once more, and since then, I still haven’t received any proper follow-up.

I needed the inspection report for my home insurance, and their lack of responsibility in addressing their customer’s needs was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to trust their service again.

Edin R and Ashton C came out to do panel work. They were efficient and entertaining. (Edin sings while he works). There were circuit issues that need to be resolved and they stayed until everything was working correctly. Great work. I highly recommend them.

Thanks Casey for coming out to check out our furnace. Casey was really quick and easy to work with. He figured out the issue within the 15 minutes. Really nice of Casey for helping us out.

I had a really positive experience with DEAR Services today. Technicians Taylor and James were very thoughtful, thorough and professional. They not only addressed my questions, but were knowledgeable in their trade, educating me in past and current building and electric codes. Another member of the team, Misha explained all the services the business provides as well as the service warranty. I’m very happy with the company.

Taylor G came out to my house after a very stressful 2 days without full power. She was amazing. Literally the best service agent I have ever worked with. So pleasant and accommodating! I would recommend her to all my friends and family! Please be aware what a rare and refreshing experience this was for me! She's a gem!

James was very informative! He took the time to do a thorough inspection and then explain everything. Answered a ton of questions and helped us to figure out next steps for a weird electrical setup.

We were so glad we called DEAR Services for help with our furnace. Of course, when it gets cold.That's when the trouble starts. We were treated extremely well from the first phone call.We found out that it was a family run business.And we found that kind of service all the way through the process. No, one likes unexpected surprises from your home that need repair But these people really took care of us and made it as simple as possible. They arrived the same day, diagnosed the problem in the morning and had the needed parts by the afternoon so the repair was made same day. They were knowledgeable and fairly priced, which was a blessing. Our family would strongly recommend them to yours.

Jayden was super professional and communicative! He adapted to our schedule when we got stuck at work, and then he took extra time to figure out the issue. He even got us a military discount. Thank you so much!

Dario has been fantastic. His extensive knowledge gave me peace of mind about a leak we’ve been dealing with for quite some time. He quickly located the issue and clearly explained the repair process step by step.

Jayden performed great work, fixing the plumbing on a bathroom sink! He was extremely polite. Also, he completed the work very quickly. When finished, he ran water, to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore. Wonderful Customer Service!

This is the most outstanding company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Brent and Mark were polite respectful, they came and made a solid plan to get my electric going. Then there were a delightful pair Ashton and Tommy who came and did the work. I was impressed with how after they finished all plugs and light were in order. Also something special to me I have cats who think it’s their job to help, they were so kind to my fur babies even if the cats were being judgmental! What a great comfy

Review for Dear Plumbing Services, their field service technician Dario V was very helpful and knowledgeable on our gas range installation. He was very honest in the fact that our existing gas plumbing would require an upgrade to a larger diameter tube to accommodate a double oven range. Time to return this newly purchased range and go back to a single oven. Thanks so much Dear Plumbing for helping us to resolve our installation problem, with no charge. Overall, don’t go in with high expectations. They get the job done, but what was supposed to take 2–3 days ended up taking over several weeks (not including holidays). Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, but the scheduling and communication were extremely frustrating. There were multiple last-minute reschedules, which is hard when people have jobs and lives.

Another issue was being told they don’t handle drywall repair after cutting it out for the panel, which meant extra out-of-pocket costs for something they caused. That policy was surprising and disappointing.

While the staff was nice, the poor scheduling, lack of follow-through, and added expenses made this a frustrating experience. Work with them if you want, but I recommend shopping around first.

Vince and Dante were beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Would strongly recommend asking for these two for your HVAC needs. Nice to have trust worthy people in your home.

We had an hvac inspection done by Casey and he explained everything to me until i understood it properly, was kind throughout and answered every questions i had, also explained what the common issue can be surrounding our system. Amazing service honestly! Highly recommend
