I was in need of a new heating system/replacement. Luke S. was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and willing to explain process that was easy to understand. Recently I had a service call in which I called Dear Services and a tech by the name of Taylor had answered the service call. Upon evaluating my situation in which my wife fried the electricity to half the house and I had a pending appraisal scheduled for the following day she called her field supervisor Misha.
Once he arrived after a 5 min assessment he emphasized that it would be in my best interest to sign a document making me responsible for a $20000 dollar contract.
I immediately asked both to leave.
I called Ranger electrical services and tech came right out assed the problem and I paid $600

I required some assistance with some duct work. I call Deer Service and they came out the same day. Adoni, the technician was very thorough. He asked good questions and provided great advice. I will be calling Deer Service for my next HVAC needs.

James was the worker for us. He helped us in need lights were not turning on. They both came out and did their magic. God bless them A+ plus plus service at its best. Thanks again definitely would do business again with them we appreciate everything you’ve done James. Thank you And very affordable

She was prompt with her arrival window, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and completed a very thorough review of my homes electrical needs. Jayden was very quick to come and fix my toilet issue. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. It turned out to be a very small fix but I'm grateful for his knowledge that it wasn't anything larger that I needed a repair on. 100% would call this company again if I needed an emergency plumber

Our furnace went out and we were so grateful for the incredible team at DEAR! Joey, Dante, Mark, and Jose were all polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to understand what my husband and I needed and matched us with the perfect product. We went from cold and worried (about cost and timing) to warm, comfortable, and completely impressed. Darius came today to access my kitchen sink which had been leaking. I told him that I had replaced the gaskit which was brittle and hand tightened the fittings and it seemed fine, but the landlord insisted that plumber come out. He filled the sink several times and released the water and said he didn't see any leaks. And that that all there is to leaking sinks basically. It was a free estimate and I thought, yeah right, what are the chances after he drove out here that he's not going to charge. That young man has so much integrity, honesty and care! He also assured me that had the thing needed work, parts etc., he would have charged the Landowner and that it was her responsibility, not the renter. (He's a landlord,too). I'm happy give him five stars and my gratitude.

They get one star as zero isnt an option they have no integrity in wanting to help customers. Ive been having issues since my furnace and heat pump were put in and they gave FAULSE information when it was sold to me. Steer clear of DEAR services the company doesn't care about consumers as they should.
ADD i called another company out to check out my issue of not having heat and not only were they able to repair but they also found negligent wiring and stripped wire that was contacting the heat pump causing a short in the system. Dear was here for over an hour and found nothing air pro solutions was here 20 minutes and my heat was restored. He also found a bad board that has some issues which will be getting done soon.

We are very thankful for Dante and Daniel . They were both great and very knowledgeable. They took the time to diagnose our HVAC and helped us understand our issue. It was a pleasure meeting them both and would recommend their expertise to the community.

Dante arrived on time and was very nice to work with. He did a thorough furnace inspection and showed me photos of items of concern. He explained issues in an easy to understand manner. Highly recommended!

I contacted Dear Services on Sunday February 1st to have help identifying an smoke detector system issue. The first individual came to our house at 10am on Monday February 2nd. While the individual said that another technician would arrive at our house later that afternoon to fix the repetitive smoke detector beeping, the individual claimed to identify an electrical wiring problem throughout our entire house. She brought another technician to come to our house, and they quoted us that the entire house was at risk of fire damage and various electrical outlets were overheating, likely causing the alarm system to constantly beep. We requested a quote for their services, which they said would be between $100,000-$150,000. This didn't even resolve the main issue at hand. They said they would email us a quote in writing, and we still have not received it. They later sent another technician to our home, requested $2500 payment upfront before entering our house to do the work (solely fix the smoke detector beeping), and didn't even fix the problem at hand. My husband and I were the ones to fix the problem. Now, we have significant damage to our ceilings that will need to be repainted. Additionally, we paid for a service that wasn't even resolved by the technician. It was appalling to receive a quote for services that we did not even need, which were later verified by a separate electrician we hired. Dear Services contacted me two days later and I requested a manager to call me. They said someone would call me the following business day and I have never received a call again. This was a sketchy company with how they did business, lied about required work needing to be done at our home, and never completed service that they should have. I don't have any supporting documents to show because they never sent an invoice.

If you own any home—especially a condominium like we do—please make sure to check whether your electrical panel has a power shut-off. James was the first person to clearly explain how dangerous it is when there’s no way to completely shut the power off, and how easily that can turn into a major fire hazard.

I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Taylor G was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and offered me different avenues to solve my situation. Kudos to her. I will definitely recommend their services to my fellow veterans.

I just had my heating ducts under my house re-routed by a young gentleman Alexander Hirst. He was one of the kindest and polite person I have ever met. Once all the materials showed up he was on it and didn’t stop until the job was done. He showed me pictures of the before and after work to get my approval. I would recommend him if you need a job done fast and correct. I’m very pleased!
