Ray and Louis were so knowledgeable and friendly! They offered to show us how to replace the broken breaker ourselves so we could save some money. Because of their fast response and excellent instructions, we were back with power to our office in less than 2 hours and for less than $100!

This is our second time using beacon, and we're still happy customers!

Rick and Kyle came to my home in Bothell and did a great job quickly replacing a broken garbage disposal and bringing old plumbing up to code. Professional and pleasant people, who stand by their work.

Not only are they great Plummer's but amazing people as well!!! Me and my co worker were having car troubles this morning on our way to work and we arrived to a gas station near by to pump gas and see what was going on with the car and as we were trying to leave our car would not start but like sent from heaven we stumbled upon these kind men who offered to help jump start our car and during the process of connecting both cars our car locked with the keys inside and all windows up haha which to our great surprise they reacted very calm and in fun nature saying things like “no, don’t worry don’t worry it’s gonna be okay” which we did end up being okay as they also knew how to open locked cars and well we wanted to thank them by offering to buy them something from the gas station and they answered with “ a good review works:)” so here we are doing so thank you so much to everyone who helped us today you guys were life savers it’s amazing to see that there are still kind hearted people in this world thank you thank you thank you!!!

Great job by ZADRIEN on our leaking outdoor pipe/faucet. He was very thorough did not leave a mess at all. Now I have peace of mind that when winter comes I don’t have to worry about water pipe freezing. Thank you Beacon Plumbing!

Same day service for a leak in pipes leading from the garage. Found the problem, fixed the problem, nice people, careful and tidy. Had meetings during their work time and my online office folks couldn’t hear the work. Would definitely recommend and impressed.

Called for a repair/diagnostic on our older (30+ year) gas boiler. I explained on the phone that it’s an older system and specifically needed a tech familiar with that type of equipment. They assured me they could handle it and sent two technicians promptly.

The techs were friendly but didn’t seem very familiar with the system. After a look, and some voltmeter testing, they diagnosed a failed integrated control board and gave a verbal estimate of around $5,000 to repair or $25,000 to replace. (!)I declined and paid the diagnostic fee.

The next day, the boiler started working
on its own—so it clearly isn’t a control board issue. The bigger problem came that evening: one of the techs returned unannounced at 8 PM to retrieve a flashlight they had left behind. My wife and I weren’t home, and a grandmother—who was putting them to bed—was startled by someone at the door. Unprofessional.

Tony and Victor came out and installed a new furnace for me today. They were very professional and did great work. I'm so glad to have heat again!

Zadrien came over to the house to check out a dish washer leak and took his time checking things and explaining things. He went beyond and above in customer service. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Oh boy, were we freakin! When our hot water system completely failed and emptied all the system's hot water into our mechanical room, a call to Beacon was in order. Once contacted the response was quick and the solution swift. A follow up visit was required for pump repair. Unfortunately, parts for our circulation pump were not readily available. Our service tech, Josh, did a great job keeping us updated during the waiting period. Once received, the parts were installed same day and now our system is running at 100 percent. During a busy Alaska cruise season, we are happy to know that our hotel guests will not have to take cold showers. Hats off to Josh and the team at Beacon. You are great partners in keeping our hotel well maintained.

It was a very bad clog in my kitchen sink on the day before Christmas. Gato worked and worked on it. He was concerned he'd have to come back another day to go under the house to clean out this huge clog. But he persisted and was able to clean it out and get the water flowing freely! I was grateful for his patience and persistence!!

Brent was amazing!! Cleared the floor drain with a great attitude early on a Sunday morning. Much appreciated and will be calling again in the future :):):)

Had an underground leak between my water meter at the street and the house. Jeremy & David found the leak and repaired it quickly and made sure all was working properly before they left. Great service.

This company completely exceeded my expectations. When you see the TV ads and big trucks, you assume their overhead means higher prices. Not true! Their pricing is incredibly fair, and never once did I feel taken advantage of. Instead, I felt genuinely cared for — like friends looking out for me.

We came home from a long trip to find our A/C wasn’t working. It was 9:00 p.m., the house was sweltering, and I had no idea what to do. I started calling other companies (big mistake), but then I called Beacon and spoke with Bradley. He explained that his on-call tech was already juggling four jobs that night, but he didn’t leave me stranded. Instead, he offered to have Ian call me within five minutes to see if he could help me troubleshoot over the phone. Keep in mind — I wasn’t even their customer yet. I had already booked another company for the next day.

Sure enough, less than five minutes later, Ian called. He patiently walked me through some steps, but nothing solved the issue. I asked if he was working the next day (Saturday), and when he said yes, I immediately called Bradley back and got on Ian’s schedule.

The next day, Ian showed up with Damon, and the two of them were fantastic. Professional, personable, and clearly knowledgeable. Ian explained everything they were checking, and they quickly found and fixed the problem. Thanks to them, our A/C was back up and running!

What impressed me most was the fairness of their pricing — not only for the repair, but also for a new furnace quote (which we’ll need soon). There’s no question in my mind that Ian and Damon will be the ones installing it when the time comes.

Honestly, what company has a tech call you back at 9:30 on a Friday night, when you don’t even have an appointment, just to help? That kind of customer-first attitude is almost unheard of. Beacon isn’t just about making money — they truly care about their customers.

It takes a lot to impress me enough to write a review, but after my experience, I couldn’t wait to share. I’ll never call another company again. It will always be Beacon. They’ve mastered the lost art of customer service, and I’m grateful for them. Ian an Damon, you two are THE BEST!

Rip-off. Swindle. Exploit people with their “apt knowledge.” All of these would be too kind of a description for what Beacon Plumbing does to you.

Admittedly, I have only had experience with their electrical crew, but I can only assume that their business “best practices” are taking advantage of people and are severely overcharging them.

My house has hardwired smoke detectors, which have been expiring over the past couple of weeks. This means constant, shrill beeping, which usually starts up in the middle of the night. To make matters more complicated, I have a smoke detector situated on an 18.5-foot ceiling (and unreachable without professional equipment). As a new round of beeping started up, one could be the culprit. Unsure, I called Electrician Pro so that I could get someone to perform a complete assessment on all my fire alarms. They connected me with Beacon Plumbing.

My Beacon electrician arrived, he focused solely on the fire alarm located on the 18.5-foot ceiling, despite my insistence that they were all hardwired, so that it could be any of them. However, I had reason to suspect that it was that one. Ultimately, I listened to him. He is supposed to be the expert. He stated that he would need to rent a 14-foot A-frame ladder from Home Depot, despite having previously told me that Beacon had its own at their shop. I assured him that Beacon’s ladder would be fine, but he went ahead and rented one because Beacon’s were “dirty.” I did not care about the dirt, but he did not attempt to grab one of Beacon’s ladders.

It was only after the ladder conversation that I got quoted the price. It would be $840 (and $3500 if I were looking to replace them). Regardless, I had to put down a $420 deposit. Fortunately, I chose not to have him replace the detectors. But, in a panic, I agreed to have the electrian disconnect the detectors for $840.

When he returned from grabbing the ladder, he checked the smoke detector on the 18.5-foot-tall ceiling. That was not the one beeping. The beeping one was a previously disconnected smoke alarm (one that was off the ceiling, which I had shown him as an example of what we were working with).

I would not recommend Beacon. It would be safe to say that I am getting other quotes.

After a handful of miscellaneous plumbing issues I’ve encountered, Brom and Dee, proposed a list of options and explained the pros and cons, and offered sound advice. They were professional, skilled, knowledgeable and trust worthy! I’m glad they got the job done for me!!

Zadrien came out to my condo today and helped unclogged my toilet. I had tried everything myself and nothing would work. When Zadrien came out he explained the exact issue and had my toilet unclogged in no time. He was extremely professional and so kind. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He definitely gets 5 stars from me!!

Jesus and Alfredo. So a Beacon plumbing truck on the freeway yesterday, place a call to see when is the earliest they can come out and take a look at my front of house garden house that has been out of commission for over eight months. The operator said they can come out the next morning between nine and 11. I thought that was pretty quick. Today 9 o’clock I got the car and the crew came without even me turning on the water they diagnose the issue no exactly what they wanna do and write up the estimate. We didn’t accept it, and they proceeded to do the work which was roughly around one hour and before I even open my computer for work, they were Done.. The work was done beautifully and I am left with an access panel that will give me the opportunity to take a look at and service. The faucet in the future is Jesus and Alfredo was awesome and I highly recommend for anyone who need plumbing repairs, especially emergency
