Raptor provided very prompt response and the technician was professional and informative. My review is not of work completed, I have no doubt that the quality of service is excellent.

I did not find the bid to be a reasonable price. I completed the projects requested and am not a professional plumber. The prices quoted to me included between $500-$1000 per hour in labor, based on the quote and the amount of time the projects took me to complete.

The communication and scheduling were on point from Raptor and we worked with Jason for the initial inspection and the repairs.
We had minimal understanding of the plumbing situation in our house as we are new homeowners. Jason is very knowledgeable and helped us evaluate all our concerns. He provided us with all the required information that helped us decide on the various fixes and improvements. Additionally, he was flexible in accommodating our timeline for the repairs.

Plumbing repairs can be stressful, but working with folks like Jason and Raptor makes it a breeze. 10/10 recommend!

I received a water bill with drastic increase. I called the City and was advised that there are leakage somewhere. I immediately contact Raptor and was able to schedule same day appointment. They sent Jason who arrived well in time. He was polite and knowledgeable. After inspection he identified the leakages were originated at the toilet valves. He proceeded to rebuild them. Jason indeed did a great job and cleaned up the mess.I highly recommend Raptor and Jason if you need plumbing works done.

Jason came by two look at two issues.
1. Do I need to replace the shutoff valve under my sink?
2. is there an issue with my sump pump

Jason and his team were great to work with. I realized I had a main water line that was leaking and driving up my water bill. Jason came out bright and early to assess the situation and came back the next day to get it taken care of. Jason and the team were very knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. I hope I won't need any major plumbing work again, but if I do, I will definitely go with Raptor.

Jason & Conner did a first-class job installing 2 sinks, 3 faucets, and many 1/4 turn shut off valves. Two outdoor faucets were also replaced all with no issues & no leaks. We are very happy with the work. Both were very friendly & explained the work to performed. I would not hesitate to contact them for future upgrades.

Had a great experience with Jason M. He showed up exactly on time for the service, I received a text an hour before with an ETA, so I wasn't sitting around just waiting for someone to arrive. When he did arrive, he was very friendly, respecting my home the second he walked in. He went above and beyond to help me with my sink being reconnected, a faucet install, and re-hooking up my gas stove. Everything was left clean, and he completed everything in a timely manner. Very approachable and great manners. The price was very reasonable and if any issues arise in my home, I will call this company again.

This is the second time I've reached out to Raptor about a plumbing issue and they've done a great job both times. Most recently, I called Raptor Plumbing after seeing water coming out of the ground when we ran the kitchen faucet. I called on a Saturday and someone answered the phone, booked a visit for Monday, and gave me a quote same day for the problem (sewer drain had collapsed about 5 feet underground so became a multi-day fix). Although it was a much bigger plumbing issue than I had hoped, Grayson and team did a great job. Always arrived as promised (texted when on the way), spent the day onsite doing the work (not disappearing to other jobs), and worked hard to get the drain pipe replaced as quickly as possible. I appreciate Raptor Plumbing's quick responsiveness, reliability, and straight-forward communication of the issues (they always provided pictures from scoping the drain) and pricing. Highly recommend.

Raptor plumbing and sewer converted a one sink vanity into a two sink. Jason was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He arrived on time, was willing to make changes based on customer's needs and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. We would definitely recommend raptor plumbing and will use them again in the future.

Raptor has been a life saver! They are attentive, detailed, punctual and very competitive in pricing. Kyle in the office is always on top of it and easy to communicate with. Graydon the tech is extremely patient, friendly and very, very detailed. Would definitely recommend hiring!

Jason is so nice and helpful. The work is perfectly done and their quoted price is much lower than the 1000 from other providers With $700+ tax Jason 1. redesigned the pipes under my kitchen sink
2. Installed a new garbage disposal (the one I purchased is missed the cord and it happened that Jason has a new MOEN with a cheaper price than Amazon ! So I went with his)
3. Reconnected my dish washer to the disposal so the smell of the dish washer will be gone.
4. He drove off to get a cap to seal the unused drain after connecting dishwasher to the disposal.
5. He taught me several tips on how to reduce the smell in dishwasher .

We were very happy with the final results of work done by Jason M. from Raptor Plumbing and Sewer. Jason actually went above and beyond the requirements for removing and replacing our shower. We will be happy to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I had a leak in my crawl space and once the water restoration company dried everything out, I went looking for a plumber! Raptor plumbing and Sewer responded with a free minutes and I had techs out to my house within a few hours. They were able to put my dishwasher back, including going up the drain line and water line, and remove the waster line from my fridge to the sink (the source if the leak) that same day. They tried to repair the water line but found another crack so they just removed it for me. I would definitely recommend Raptor!

Jason from Raptor came out and gave me a "second opinion" about the tankless water heater that I'd been having issues with. His knowledge was super helpful in getting the original installers to come back out and fixed the problem they caused. I would highly recommend Raptor!

We had a loose sink faucet that was hard to access. Eyasu came out and tried his equipment, it was not easy but he got it tight! He was very polite. We would definitely use them again.

I’m a return customer and have had Jason come out to install a tankless water heater and repair a water leak. He’s a skilled plumber and his work is solid. Highly recommend these guys!

Jason from Raptor Plumbing repaired a piece of old plumbing that was disintegrating. Even though it was obvious that a lot more pipe needed replacement, he understood that I just needed that fixed, since it was forcing me to shut off the main water source for the house. I had him look at the rest of the plumbing and I’m waiting for his bid for replacing the rest of the 80+ year old plumbing. He was very courteous, professional, and thoughtful as he went about his work.
