So efficient and helpful from first phone call to installation. And much more reasonably priced that all the other folks I called. Technician (Papa) installed our water heater with great skill. I did not think this was not a one person job but Papa seems to have the strength of several humans! Excellent service. Very happy with Drain Pro!

Papa from Drain Pro has been very helpful, he called an hour before coming, arrived as promised. Very professional. Showed me the crack on the garbage disposal, replaced it, tested it to make sure there’s no leaks.
Drain Pro is also very good with appointment the next day without having to wait.
I would recommend Papa and Drain Pro anytime.

Having drain/septic issues come up isn’t something you want to happen. Harmon was so wonderful though and made the whole process quick and painless. He talked with my husband to tell him everything that was going on and educate him for the future. He also came the same day which we are more than grateful for. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best option in the area. Emergency situation at 5 pm. They had a plumber out by 6:30. Harvir was extremely professional and had the problem solved in less than 2 hours. Reasonable prices and great service. Can't ask for anything better.

Harman was absolutely amazing! On top of helping us out of a terrible crappy situation, Harman took the time to explain everything that was happening, how the system works, what every home owner should know, how to service and maintenance the system, fixed the indicator light, and reassured me that this mess was not our fault. He did all of this with genuine empathy, kindness and professionalism. The speed of service was great and the price was fair. You can't get better service. Than you Harman! You are an amazing human!

The 2 guys that came out were really fast and nice. They knew what they were doing and even though it had not been pumped for twice the recommended time, they still got the job done really quick. They both deserve raises

Harlan, the drain tech that was willing to come and start the job at just before 5 pm on a Friday was phenomenal. I could tell that he’d already had a long day when he showed up and started digging! He fought the sludge in the blazing heat until it was vanquished! Although he was exhausted, he made sure that we were able to use any of the plumbing needed before the weekend set in!

Drain Pro was recommended to me from another company and I am glad I called them. I have a unique situation with my septic situation and Harman was very easy to work with and very easy to get in touch with. We set a time for him to come out and he showed up right on time and got right to work.
It was somewhat of a big job and he made it happen and did it in a very timely manner. He seems very knowledgeable and gave in some very good info and feedback on my situation.

We lost track of the need to get our septic pumped on time and we had back ups in two downstairs drains today. How could we be so stupid? I reached out to Drain Pro - Kent and they saved us with emergency service at the end of their day when it was time to go home. How can we ever thank them? They really performed superb service and we are so very grateful. Flowhawk couldn’t provide emergency service until Saturday. Drain Pro is the real savior here. Surcharge for the emergency? No problem because Drain Pro got us out of a really dumb jam. Recommended…seriously.

We were experiencing issues with our septic system. As septic newbies we had no idea what was going on. Harman & Justin did a great job diagnosing the issues, fixing the problems, and "resetting" the system so that we were starting with a clean slate. Also pointed out potential future problems that the Home Inspection missed. Both Harman and Justin were professional, thorough and personable. Harman took the time to give us a brief "Septic Tank/Field 101" so that we know how to maintain the system in the future (who knew there was a drain that had to be periodically removed and flushed clean?) and be aware of potential problems. Good guys.

Harman was kind, professional and easy to work with. He was able to quickly and professionally complete the job.
However, I did have quite a bit of difficulty with the office staff trying to get on the schedule and with keeping my appointments on the calendar. I’d recommend calling Harman directly to avoid that.
