Tucker R was very friendly, pleasant actually, seemed knowledgeable and paid attention to detail. I will certainly call Rush for other plumbing issues should they arise. They always do.

Tucker always does a good job for us. He’s able to get to us quickly. Definitely good guy to have take care of your plumbing needs and repairs.

Had an issue with our toilet and Tucker came once again to help. As usual, his service was outstanding. It’s such a relief to have a plumber you can trust.

Tucker did some good work last year with installing an outdoor hot/cold bib and a backflow preventer, as well as replacing a leaky saddle valve with a proper fitting. When our water heater started to go out, we called Rush plumbing back. As usual, Tucker was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and did clean work. Once our ticking time bomb if a sewer line finally gives out, we already know who to call.

I’m so impressed with Rush Plumbing! Tucker was prompt, professional, and able to replace a leaking faucet without removing the cabinet from the wall. That door is quite small and he really made it work! Cat inspected and approved. I highly recommend! Photo attached so you can see just how small that cabinet door is!

My grievances:
1. Told me over the phone that the isolation valves would be included, however when he got there he didn't have any and charged me a couple $100 extra to go get them. Seems kinda scammy.
2. Didnt install my tankless right the first time, had to have them come back and adjust the isolation valves so they could actually be used to flush the tank. This one was just laziness, any good plumber would know they did this wrong.
3. Condensate was dripping all over my floor because he didnt do the drain line right.
4. Didnt install the mounting bracket correctly, now the unit vibrates my whole house while it's running.
5. They woke me up at 7am a day later asking why they havent received my Zelle payment even though I did it in front of the tech when he left. Like maybe learn how your own payment system works? I'm not your tech support.

We got Friday the 13’ed and had our combined storm/sewer line back up into our garage…it was awful. We called three emergency plumbers, and RUSH plumbing was able to come fastest. Mason did a great job resolving the backup. Thank you Mason!!

Robert C of Rush Plumbing did a great job installing a new faucet in my kitchen. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
In the past he has replaced my water heater and was persistent in solving the problems in the poorly designed drainage system and sump pump that handles the storm water for our group of townhomes. We have had no problems with that system now for more than 10 years.

Rush Plumbing was very responsive and plumber Tucker was exceptional in communication and was able to complete the repair same day as the estimate! I highly recommend Tucker as your go to plumber for your any plumbing repairs👍👍

On New Years Eve I was preparing for the family to come at noon and the kitchen sink stopped up. I found Rush Plumbing online, 24/7 and Tucker came as soon as he got off another project. He did a great job unsticking the drain and cleaned up after. My family were impressed too.Thank you for an excellent job!

I do not and cannot understand why Rush Plumbing has anything less than 5 stars. They have serviced our 1903 farm house several times and are simply the best. Their pricing is competitive but what sets them a part is their responsiveness, their courteousness, and their thorough, tidy work. Hate having to call a plumber but am so glad that I have these guys in my rear pocket!

Tucker provided outstanding service. He diagnosed the source of a leak between our upstairs bathroom and kitchen. He walked me through the process methodically, with diligence, giving me confidence we had identified the issues needing attention and eliminated others, making it possible for me to move forward with repairs and restoration. Excellent communication and a very reasonable price. This was his last call, late on a Friday, yet he was enthusiastic, affable, and committed. This was my first time calling Rush Plumbing, and they will be the first I call next time.

I’ve used Rush Plumbing for other work and have always been satisfied with their quick response, high quality of work, and pricing. This is my first experience and I found him to be friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He helped me decide about installing a Moen Flo Smart water monitor and shut off device. He was able to speak to concerns I had. He did an excellent job with the repairs and installation and cleaned up so it looked like he was never here. He provided support for the smart functions and offered additional help if needed. He’s the one I’ll call for future plumbing work

When does a plumbing issue usually occur? Often at the most inconvenient times; in my case after 11 pm just days before a trip. I immediately contacted Rush Plumbing via their website, specifically because Mason, a technician I'd gotten to know over the years, now works for Rush Plumbing. Colleen at Rush responded promptly to my non-emergency service request and scheduled Mason to visit that afternoon. As usual, Mason arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and, after briefing me on the cause/remedy, got to work immediately. He replaced the original inferior thin plastic tubing with high quality ABS material and completed the job within an hour. Mason thoroughly tested the solution and reviewed it with me. I was more than satisfied with the ease of scheduling an appointment on short-notice, with the prompt service, with the quality workmanship, and that Mason left the work area in pristine condition. I'll definitely contact Rush Plumbing for any future plumbing issues and I recommend them unhesitatingly.

Professional, knowledgeable, proficient and friendly. Totally satisfied with the team effort at Rush Plumbing. Colleen setup the initial appointment. Robert provided options to addressing our water line issue and explained the pros, cons and cost of each. Once decided, Robert and Mason completed the work, always respectful of our property and cleaned up when done. A “hiccup” in the water heater install, once identified, was quickly resolved. After a long day on my project, they made time to assist a neighbor who had a clogged drainage line in a very old home. They were creative in their approach to clearing the blockage and repairing the drain. Pricing is competitive. Peace of mind in the quality of the work is priceless. Will recommend to family and friends. Nicely done!

Excellent service. Robert and Tucker showed up on time and quickly assessed my drainage issue, came up with a plan, and executed it flawlessly. As usual, Tucker took his time to ensure that his work was of the highest quality, testing for several minutes making sure that there were no leaks. He explained the situation clearly and made sure that I was satisfied with the job. I cannot recommend them enough! You won't be disappointed. I first hired Robert to replace all three phases of pipes in my first house back in 2009, so I have known him for 16 years. You can trust them to do great work.

I don’t know what to say about Tucker and Mason. They came out this morning to help me find out why there is water coming into my basement. They helped run a camera through my drains and had AMAZING insight into what was going on. Very knowledgeable, personable, and very nice. Thank you so much for the help today! Def will be reaching out the Rush again!

no-called/no-showed three times after rescheduling. my wife had to reach out multiple times to reschedule. gave no reason for two out of the three missed appointments. shower is still not fixed

I had a leak on my water heater, they responded immediately to my call and take action right away. Súper profesional guys and they stay until the job was complete and functioning. I am very happy with this business, very reasonable price and profesional.
