Reviews of local pros in Kent, Washington

I haven’t personally needed Servpro of Kent yet, but I’ve referred many people to them and the feedback has always been great. They’re responsive, knowledgeable, and have been helpful anytime I’ve reached out for advice. Based on that alone, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them myself if the need came up.

We experienced a large water leak at our self storage facility. Nick Thong, Bradley Wallace and the rest of Servpro crew arrived very quickly after our call. They set up their equipment right away and began addressing the problem immediately. They were very efficient and professional and had the problems solved much quicker than we had expected. An excellent experience for us

Super efficient! I called Gabe Arce because my building had a water pipe burst. I really appreciated his quick calm nature and willingness to explain the process. While we ended up handling the issue ourselves I would highly recommend this company.

I reached to Gabe several times on behalf of clients I had that had experienced some sort of water burst in their home and needed work done. Incredibly professional and easy to work with, would recommend him and ServPro if looking to remediate something quickly, effectively and professionally.
