My experience of working with the guys at North Slope was overwhelmingly a positive one. They were hired to clean out our gutters and remove moss from our roof, both of which they did unintrusively and efficiently. Jackson was a pleasure to talk to and his team were the same. Attached are pictures of the before and after of our gutters. 10/10 experience couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Happy, happy, happy! Yesterday, Jackson and Dave cleaned our home's gutters, roof, and windows. They were prompt, meticulous in their work, efficient, and personable—and delivered what they promised. The windows hadn't been cleaned in 10 years (I know ...) and now they sparkle.

It's a pleasure to support a local, independent business, and even more so when that business is owned by a young person. Jackson is putting his talents to use and providing a great service to his community. Frosting on top: My husband and our friend were impressed by the hose design feature of Jackson's truck (his design!).

Gutters clean and also the fronts. All done in 2 hours with two story shop and house . I am satisfied . Might be worth it to have windows cleaned at the same time ? Before and after ! No way I was getting up there 😳 I will mention my deck glass also got a rinse 😉thanks Jackson

Jackson and Colin did a fantastic job cleaning our roof and gutters. Our roof and gutters were long overdue and it was not an easy job. They are conscientious, thorough, hardworking and went above and beyond on the job. We are so happy that we found them and will always call them first when needed. If you need a professional for limb trimming etc. in the Gig Harbor/Port Orchard area don’t hesitate to call Roots. Story, the owner, cut some dangerous cedar limbs for us and cleaned it all up like it never happened. We will definitely be calling him again in the future. Thanks!

Story took the time to know exactly what I wanted done; he dealt with dead and storm-broken branches taking good care to avoid damage to things growing around and under the trees. His work shows he cares about trees and knows how to take care of them.
