I just received service from roots and it was fantastic. They were affordable, very professional and kept great communication during the entire process. The price was very reasonable and they did a fantastic job. I will be using their services again.

Awesome experience. Will use again!

I recently hired Roots Tree Service to trim up dead branches on several tall trees as well as remove dead and diseased trees around my property. They also chipped up a pile of windfall I’d collected over the winter as well as the limbs from their work. I’ve worked with Roots Tree Service before and continue to give them my highest recommendation for quality work, professionalism, fair pricing, and responsiveness.

I called Story after 5pm on a weekday figuring I would just leave a message and hope for a call back. But he answered! And he got to me the next day!! He and his crew did a great job clearing many low-hanging branches around our property. I was very impressed by his customer service and his work. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Story did a great job cutting down four trees for us this morning. He came highly referred to us by a work colleague of mine and the job exceeded all of my expectations. I will be reaching out to him whenever I need tree service performed on our property and I highly recommend you do the same.

We highly recommend Roots Tree Services! We discovered a tree had fallen on the back of our garage with the last wind storm. Within a few hours of leaving a message we had a call back, and the job was taken care of quicker than we could have expected. Professional, on time, great communication and perfect clean up. We will spread the word!

I had a neighbors tree fall on my deck. Story was hired to remove it and did such an outstanding job, I hired him as well. Story is not only professional, but does outstanding work and quickly. He will be my go to guy for tree services!

The owner responded to my inquiry next day, reviewed options for trim vs. removal and provided estimates for me to consider. He was able to accommodate my schedule so I could be present when work was accomplished. Work was done carefully with care not to damage landscaping or structures. Cleanup was thorough. The fee for service was reasonable.

We used Roots Tree Services to remove a downed tree on our property. They were personable, professional, and did a thorough job on exactly what they estimated. We would definitely use them again.

The guy showed up on time and was courteous, professional and did a great job. He was mindful not to damage the yard or surrounding structures. He cleaned up the job site when he was finished and left the surroundings better than he found them. I even recommended him to my friends.

I had them come out and quote for some small tree removal and limbing up one tree. I would have used them, but their quote was more than FOUR TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE than the service that I used. I was astonished. It took 2 men 3 hours to complete the work and clean up.

***** Update *** The owner had the stones to find me, call me and complain that I left a less than glowing review. He said I should be ashamed for getting great work done by someone who quoted me a significantly lower price and did an awesome job. Text or call me and I'll tell who I used.

Story was a delight to work with. I needed someone to clear limbs for a roofing project within a week, and he worked around his other obligations to get it done within a couple days. He was punctual, communicative, professional, and affordable. I highly recommend him!

Story and his crew was very polite and arrived on time. When I first called and left a message Story called back soon after and came out to estimate the service the next day. I really appreciated the clear communication and professionalism plus my huge tree looks healthy and clean!

We had several dead and leaning alders in our yard that needed to be dropped and Story was very quick to respond to our need. He dropped by our house to assess the job, quoted a reasonable price, and the next day did a great job going above and beyond what was asked of him. We highly recommend Story for his professionalism in doing the job from start to finish.

One of our neighbors has massive trees with dead branches that were towering over our yard. With winter around the corner, we were concerned that the branches could break off and fall and damage our property. After getting permission, we had Story come over to help prune the trees. Story was awesome to work with and was even willing to help us make initial contact with the new neighbors, which other companies were not willing to do. He was very responsive and kept in touch when his schedule changed due to weather. He was reliable and showed up when he said he would and did an awesome job. He was great at clean up of all fallen debris afterwards both in the neighbors and our yard. His price was a lot more reasonable than other local competitors/tree companies. We will definitely have him back whenever needed!

Story from Roots Tree Service did great work on short notice trimming a tree that was preventing PSE from finishing an electrical upgrade. Excellent communication, fair price and fast, accurate work - what more could you want? Thanks Story!

Great service. Brought 2-cords of nicely spit firewood. Would definitely call him again!

Highly recommend Roots Tree Service! Story and crew did a fantastic job trimming branches ~50 feet up on several very tall trees. Was very impressed not only by the quality of the work but by Story's responsiveness, communication, and professionalism. Will definitely use again in a heartbeat!

We have used Roots a couple of times and are so happy with their services. They work efficiently, went the extra mile for us and we were thrilled with the jobs they did. We will continue to use them and highly recommend to others.

Bid was presented , showed up on time and the work was excellent and reasonably priced.
What more could you ask for !

We've had several tree companies remove our trees over many years, but Roots Tree Services was by far the best tree service we've ever worked with. They arrived on time, completed the job efficiently and as agreed upon, and cleaned up the site as if nothing happened to our backyard. Without being asked, they went above and beyond to clear the fallen trees and brunches in the ravine and made sure our whole backyard looked tidy. The whole process from getting an estimate to job completion was done professionally. The owner is friendly and trustworthy. He will give you a very fair estimate and excellent tree service. We'll be calling them for any tree services from now on.
