Mariana has been wonderful! She communicates very well and has been extremely accommodating to my constantly changing schedule. My house always smells so good and feels so fresh when her and her team are done. Any time I've mentioned anything I'd like done or corrected she has done so immediately, no hesitation on her part. I used Mariana and her crew for almost 2 years and had to take a break since my mother in law moved in but was able to get her back, communication is always great! She always asks for feedback which I appreciate and nothing is better than coming home to a clean house! I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. Before starting, we had an in-person estimate where the size of the house and the scope of work were thoroughly discussed, including a walk-through. We agreed on a price for the full house cleaning. The cleaner Mariana came and worked for 1.5 hours, then asked to leave, saying she would return the next day as she had miscalculated the time and it was too late for her to continue.
When I checked the work, it was clear that what we agreed upon was not completed. When I raised my concerns, she then expressed concerns about the size of the house which had already been clearly communicated and agreed upon during the in-person estimate.
Despite the prior agreement, the work was not completed as promised. The cleaner did not fulfill the scope of work we had discussed, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated while knowing this was a time sensitive project for my home. I expected professionalism and adherence to the agreement, especially since the estimate was done in person and there should have been no surprises. This experience was far from what I expected, and I cannot recommend this service based on how this was handled.Unfortunately there is not an option for negative stars

I will be using this company for all future move outs on my rental property. They were prompt, easy to schedule, friendly, and hardly had to wait even a week to get the clean done. The first clean was not satisfactory. As promised they sent a team back out the next day and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend. Price is right too, I called about 7 companies for quotes.

I switched from Maid Pro to Rain City Maids just about two months ago and I couldn't be happier. When I first reached out for a quote Rachel responded quickly with a super friendly email and phone call. She was not pushy at all, but was super descriptive about everything they offer and do as a cleaning company. I told her about my past experiences and why I was leaving the other company and she really seemed to care and take note. They were able to get me on the schedule that week and I have looked forward to each clean since then.

They also offer a user friendly application/website so If I ever need to change the date of my cleaning or if I want to have them do a deeper cleaning of something all I have to do is log-in and change it or add it. Super simple. My twice-monthly cleans since day 1 have been close to perfect and I am so glad I switched.

I asked and schedule for a deep clean of the kitchen, and 4 bathrooms of my house in Kirkland. They only did an okay job when bring out 4 people but slowly started to leave to do other jobs just like the hospital would provide excuses to us as well. The house is cleaner than it was before but not what I asked for and willing to pay for. They left residue of cleaning products that didnt disinfect the house as that is what deep cleaning means. To disinfect with bleach as all they did was push the bacteria and viruses around using glass cleaners instead of clorox products. I checked the refrigerator and still found residue of dirt and that only republicans would tolerate! Very disappointing!

Hired Rain City Maids for a move-out cleaning at my old apartment. The place was filthy from a single dude living there for 8 years. Two hours after they arrived it was spotless. Like they brought wands instead of vacuum cleaners. Got my full deposit back which saved me a lot of money.
