I hired Rain City Maids to deep clean my house before I moved in. I had an email conversation with Symone to put together the best cleaning package for my needs. The gals showed up right on time for the cleaning and did a great job. Sharon, the supervisor, was super friendly and I enjoyed talking with her before the cleaning started. After the gals left, they sent me a checklist of everything they completed. The whole experience was wonderful! If I need a cleaning service in the future, I'll hire Rain City Maids again.

Crystyna and Kenny were fantastic! They were on time, thorough, and efficient, cleaning our whole home from top to bottom! I was able to connect with Crystyna at the end of the appointment and she gave me a thorough debrief on the entire project. Thanks team!!

Our first cleaning by them was for their whole house “Deep Clean”. Four of their cleaners showed up on time and went right to work, and boy did they work hard… and they did a great job! A supervisor arrived at the end of the job and she conducted a walk through with us where a couple of spots were found, and touched up by her. Great work, and we’re having them come back monthly now!

Stefanie was great. She was on time and did a great job in cleaning. She was able to touch up your baseboards and cabinets. Super friendly

I've had regular, scheduled cleanings with Rain City Maids for years, and I have been consistently impressed with the results -- Britt has been especially meticulous about addressing things that can contribute to my asthma, which is very appreciated.

Just had my initial once-monthly deep cleaning with Rain City Maids. The team was prompt, kind, efficient, and all-around wonderful. I loved coming home to a sparkling clean space!

Rain City has been taking care of my mom's apartment for months now. I've been very happy with Rain City from the start but am hesitant to review a service too quickly as the excellence doesn't always last. After so many months with this company, I can say both mom and I are very happy with them.
Mom has had several different cleaners, and all have been respectful, polite and done what is expected of them. Communication with the office is personable and effective. The prices are reasonable too. Online billing and tipping are very easy to use.
After an extensive online search and use of another agency, I'm relieved and happy to find a company I trust and am happy with.

I have enjoyed working with Rain City Maids for several years. In my younger days, I made my living as a professional cleaner for years, so I honestly understand the challenge of going into someone's home and performing the job to their satisfaction. Rain City does very good work. They accept my idiosyncrasies ;-) and importantly, they handle any oversights with honesty and professionalism. They are conscientious, hard working, and easy to work with.

Rain City Maids were wonderful. There was a SNAFU with my contractors who were supposed to be done well before my cleaning appointment but instead were working during the appointment. The cleaners were polite and accommodating, even as the contractors stepped all over floor they had just cleaned, causing them to have to re-clean repeatedly-- and even when they had to dodge wet paint in cramped locations.

They were a breath of fresh air during a very stressful time for me, by being calm and polite when they had every right to be upset at the nightmare I put them through.

Worth every penny.

Rain City Maids is very attentive to your needs and are quick to respond. My person is Stefanie and she is a great fit for me and at my request they send her very time. She get all the nooks and crannies done and most important to me she knows how to make a bed the correct way (for me that is). Thank you Rain City and a special thanks to Stefanie.

Fantastic Service!! Our home looked brand new after they finished. The team arrived on time, were so professional, friendly and completed their work quickly. They even left little touches like folded towels.

First time trying this cleaning service and I'm pretty disappointed because of unexpected charges and inconvenience.

I have a unit downtown that I needed cleaned for a tenant moving in the next day. I scheduled a deep cleaning and was told 2 cleaners were coming. The first cleaner arrived within the arrival time window but needed help with finding parking. Rain City dispatcher called me to give me an update she was looking for parking (which i appreciate the update), but then they asked me to pay for her parking because it's not included in the base price. I agreed only because I needed this cleaning service done that day, but this was a shock as I have never paid for any contractors parking before. I spent awhile on the phone with the dispatcher as the cleaner looked for parking.

Dispatcher told me the second cleaner would be late, but I didn't think they would be 40 minutes after the arrival window late. In the end, dispatcher called me and asked if I would authorize a charge for 15 extra minutes PER cleaner because they needed more time. i authorized it because again, I needed it done. I'm not sure why i had to pay for extra time when its the cleaner's fault for arriving late. If the cleaners only needed 15 extra minutes, then it should have been completed if both cleaners had arrived in the agreed upon arrival window.

The cleaning was ok, but they were not able to fully clean my kitchen area even with the "deep cleaning" service. I will not hire again. Customer service and cleaners were all very nice, but I do not want to pay for all these unnecessary extras and headaches.

Had a really great experience with Rain City Maids. We scheduled a one time clean since we are about to put our house on the market. A team of 4 people came right on time and got straight to work. I was very impressed with how well they cleaned and how quickly it was done. I would definitely recommend this service, all areas of the house have never been so clean.

We have used many house cleaning services in the past, some from their advertising, some from recommendations from friends. They have all been disappointing in various aspects, the biggest of which is the inability to communicate in English. I decided to give Rain City Maids a try, since their offices were near my home. Macayla and Britt came the first time yesterday. Despite not knowing our home, they did not miss a beat in cleaning and completing in time. The place smells great and looks like a freshly cleaned 5 star hotel. They turned me into a believer in using their services on a regular basis. Thank you, Rain City Maids!

We've had cleanings done regularly for several years now. I really appreciate that we generally have the same person (Stephanie) who knows our house and nuances (stuff like kids room is only the floor and doing the office around the meeting schedules). I always love my house more after a cleaning day!! The team does a consistently good job!

On the day of the cleaning, three professional cleaners arrived precisely within the scheduled window. After a quick walkthrough where I highlighted specific areas needing extra attention, I had to leave for work. I really appreciated that Rain City Maids called me during the cleaning to provide updates on their progress and the estimated completion time. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail. There was a darkened spot on a wall from fireplace smoke that I honestly thought would require repainting. However, the cleaning team managed to completely clean it without causing any damage to the wall.

While their price point was slightly higher than cleaning services I've used in the past, the quality of their service, their communication, and their overall professionalism were significantly higher. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and in this case, it was worth every penny.
