I’ve gotta give it to these guys! Our central heating system was broken at a very inconvenient time ( winter). My husband was pretty upset because he had lots of office work to get done and was crunched for deadlines. Our 2 year old child was chilly already. I picked up the phone and called who would pick up. They answered the phone when most people were having a snow day being warm inside. They came out in a matter of hours. Arrived when they said they would. Evaluated the situation, sent one guy to the store to get a specific part, then fixed the problem. We appreciate companies like this because they show they really care in an emergency. If it was not for them, I would have an annoyed husband and a cold child for hours (if not days). Anyhow, you guys are great, keep doing what your doing. Thank you!

Donso have been servicing my home heating
system for many years. I’m very satisfied with the service they provide. The owner always answered all my questions and explained if there were any problems. Donso also did several tile projects in my house. Donso always did a quality job at a reasonable price.

He did a great job of rebalancing my HVAC system. The temperature difference between the middle floor and upstairs went from 8 degrees to 4. You no longer feel the cold when you walk downstairs.

Daniel did some handyman work for me (primarily dry wall, fixed a leaky pipe and a few other things). He was so wonderful working with me for the things I needed, scheduling, and communicating with me about where he was at with my repairs. So many other companies wouldn't touch my "small job". I also appreciate that he got here, communicated expectations for the day, and just got right to work. There was no lazing or unnecessary chatting. Need things done? He's your guy!

Daniel at Donso was great. I had terrible problems with my thermostat, and he came out to troubleshoot it. He was able to fix it and it works great now.

Our heat pump system had stopped working on a cold night and Daniel from Donso Energy solutions showed up to check even though they had not installed the system on a Sunday. The system had recovered by the time he came. But he checked the system to ensure it’s working as expected and explained the reason why it had shut off. The drive to help their customers is appreciable. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

Donso Home Solutions did an outstanding job and I couldn't be happier with the work done at my home! My heating and cooling system had been giving me trouble for months, and the ductwork was a mess. Danny came in, assessed the situation quickly, and provided a clear, honest explanation of what needed to be done.

They completely redid the ducting, and my house is now evenly heated and cooled. Their expertise and attention to detail is truly impressive, and they made sure everything was done to the highest standard. I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

We worked with Danny from Donso Energy Solutions to clean out our air ducts, rebalance our system (all the hot air was being directed upstairs), and add a register to our basement room to make it more comfortable. He was prompt, very responsive, and knows his stuff around heating systems. Highly recommend working with Donso, and if you can get Danny, he provides top notch service.

Daniel was amazing to work with! His communication was on point and would constantly be on top of keeping me up to date with my bathroom renovation. He was so easy to work with and very helpful with answering my many questions throughout the project. His and his team’s craftsmanship were incredible and the bathroom looks better than what I had hoped for.

Donso Energy Solutions is a great company. This is the second project that we hired them. They just finished painting and laying laminate flooring in a spare bedroom. It was finished in the time frame they promised. Highly recommend!!

January 2026 update:
About a year ago we had Donso install a furnace (see below) which has been working out perfectly for us. At the time, they recommended installing insulation in our crawlspace which had never been done in our home built in the 60’s. We decided to go ahead with that and once again they did an excellent, 5 star job. They installed insulation under the floors (which are now noticeably warmer), rewrapped duct work and pipes with much better material and cleaned out all old, gross, deteriorated materials.

February 2025:
Donso Energy took great care of us. Our furnace that was 20 years old needed replacing. Even though he was slammed, Daniel worked us in on his off day so we wouldn’t have to wait long. He also found ways to make our home heat much more efficiently. Highly recommended!

Our furnace decided to quit on us, leaving us in the cold. After some soul-searching on Yelp and gathering price quotes from a few companies, we were fortunate to get a referral from a friend to contact Daniel at Donso Energy Solutions. Daniel offered us a very competitive price, and more importantly, a quick installation schedule, which was a huge relief since we’d already been without heat for several days.

On the day of the service, Daniel and his teammate Alex arrived right on time, just as he had promised. I really appreciated their punctuality and professionalism, as those qualities are key to building trust. The installation was completed thoroughly and to my complete satisfaction.
