My 8 year old Carrier heatpump unit was problematic and went out 1 year after buying my house. Did a lot of research and chose Amanna 18 seer based on the lifetime scroll compressor warranty with no labor charge. That was 4 years ago. Absolutely zero problems from the first day. Chambers is a competent factory trained technician and that truly means everything in the HVAC world. Proper installation is KEY for a long service life. Choose your HVAC mechanic wisely!

My heat stopped working after hours during a snow/ice event and Chambers came right out and got the emergency system functioning until he could secure the parts needed for a full repair. We have a major issue with the encapsulation you all installed. I have been having an issue with our AC unit not working due to major holes in the foam all over the roof and removing the insulation you all performed. I am going to have my AC fellow, Alex call you from C&A Air whom he and his Dad Calvin have commercial contracts with Huntsville Hospital and other major firms.

I do not want to report this to the TVA Energy Right team. You all need to make this right, from what I was not before this whole job was started.
