We had a great experience with Temperature Pro. Our heater stopped working and they gave space heaters that really helped keep us warm. My family and I felt very cared for by the way the Temperature Pro staff spoke to us, kept in touch and checked in to make sure the space heaters were working and keeping us comfortable. As for the actual heater they did an amazing job replacing it and making sure that the heat was working before leaving. I highly recommend them. Theyre a company that cares and we were very happy with the work they did.

When my heat pump started to fail, I contacted several area business. Most had steep fees to diagnose, and wouldn't provide any kind of troubleshooting over the phone. I work in commercial HVAC controls, so I had already done most of the diagnostics myself. I just needed confirmation and a quote for repair. Russ Heuer with Temperature Pro was the first person who provided that for me. He clearly knows what he's doing. My normally anxious wife was put at ease after he came by. I'll have follow up after the repair.

We had Temperature Pro install a mini-split at our community cabana. Excellent communication, punctuality, and very professional. Rich and Russ both know what they are talking about, too, and our install project was completed in half a day. I would definitely recommend Temperature Pro.

Russ is great. Our furnace was working intermittently. Two other companies come to diagnosis our furnace and couldn’t find the problem. Russ came and figured it out within half an hour and fixed the issue. 40 years of experience really counts! They are now our go to company for furnace. Temperaturepros is the best HVAC company that we have worked with in this area. Richard and Russ are very knowledgeable and professional. Last year, their detective work figured out an air intake vent blockage that another HVAC company could not diagnose. We also worked with them on a new HVAC system installation and Richard provided great education on pros/cons and was responsive to questions that came up. We will be working with them in the future! I want to say that Temperature Pro is a fantastic company. I made an appt on Friday night at 5:55 pm and Richard took all the time to answer my questions without making me feel like it was 5 minutes before closing. Russ, the technician came on time and did a very thorough job. He showed me all the things I needed to know, to keep my mini splits running smoothly. Next time I am in need a HVac services I will go directly to them. It was refreshing to find a company that is honest without the upsell.

Replaced an inadequate existing 48” range hood with a new 1800cfm(equivalent) Vent-a-hood model with makeup air. Did an absolutely fantastic job, quick/clear communication, fair pricing, great follow up and made every effort to ensure I was satisfied with the job performed. Highly recommended and would use again in a heartbeat.

Daniel is very talented and experienced in almost all house repairs. He takes full ownership of the work and identifies any work that the house needs. Daniel provides full transparency on what needs to be done and provides different recommendations based on our needs. His quotes are very reasonable and he is very trust worthy. He also kindly agreed to fix the itty bitty things around the house for free of cost. Hire Daniel once, and you will see what I’m talking about!
