He described the issue and the solution in detail and stayed until the repairs were complete. Pricing was very fair and I highly recommend FUSE if you are in need of service.

It has been a pleasure to work with Fuse Service, WA. Andy was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and punctual. He diagnosed the problem with our oven swiftly and sent for the replacement part. While the factory initially sent the incorrect part, we were not charged for the additional trip. Upon receipt of the correct part the problem was fixed efficiently.

Charges for the initial trip were credited towards the total bill. It is pertinent to note that this was not an easy repair as the entire microwave/oven combo unit had to be pulled out and the equipment wasn't exactly designed for serviceability, but Andy was up to the challenge.

Fuse Service will by my go-to for appliance repair going forward.

we had hvac system issues and had to call fuse heating and cooling they had to make multiple visits and sourced parts for the hvac since it’s an older model but atlast after a month they fixed it andrew was the technician who worked all along in spite of wet conditions and rough weather and jason and julia also understood my situation and promised to help me in every possible way they could and which they did. kudos to the entire team at fuse and they would be my only option for all my hvac needs in future.

I appreciate Alex for being professional and patient throughout the process to help me figure out heating/ cooling solutions. Although the project was put on hold for other reasons (on my end), I would still recommend Alex.

Update 9/8/2025: after leaving one star review, the customer team called me and said they can send a technician to diagnose for free. Norman came. It took him only 30 minutes to fix the issue. The dryer is running normally again. Hopefully it will last long this time.

Cons:
- Over-priced: $450+ for fixing the vacuuming of a dryer
- Warranty and technical expertise: 6 months after fixing, the same issue came back. I called them and they said they would treat it as a new repair as the warranty for the last one (3 months) has expired. Obviously spending $450 to have a dryer repaired and lasted for only 6 months is not worth it.

Excellent service. The guys arrived the same day, quickly found the problem and repaired my furnace. Very professional and high quality. I will definitely use their services in the future. I definitely recommend them.

Had a company misdiagnosis my furnace as having a faulty control board. Had fuse come out and andy identified it as a faulty gas valve and was able to replace it the next day. Highly recommended

Although they were quite late, once they arrived, they did the job quickly, were very clean and tidy, and were very polite. The technicians Sandy and Dan were nice to work with.

They helped us replace compressor. Reasonable price and excellent service. They also had follow up visit to make sure the system was working fine.

Alex and his team were amazing at responding quickly, finding the issue in my refrigerator and fixing it right away. My Fisher Paykel fridge stopped cooling a couple times and they were able to quickly come over and fix the issue. Very happy and I look forward to Fuse for my future needs.

Norman with Fuse went above and beyond expectations! Very knowledgeable, very fast, we’re very appreciative. Just before we were about to make the decision to buy a new unit, Fuse called back and said we’ll have somebody out within the hour. All on a Sunday too. Norman arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away, he had the repair parts needed in his car, and we are back to normal again after only 2 hours. THANK YOU!!
