We had an issue with our fireplace (it wouldn’t start properly).
I saw that this company was working in our neighbors’ home so I asked my neighbor for their number and Google link. After looking them up I noticed their great reviews, so I decided to call them instead of the company I used to use (who started feeling a bit off last time I used them). Best decision ever.

They replaced my gas valve, cleaned the fireplace glass, and made sure everything was safe and working perfectly. They even showed me detailed before and after pictures and explained every step so I could understand what was done.

The fireplace now fires up instantly, runs quiet and smooth, and looks beautiful. Super professional, honest, and knowledgeable - you can tell they really care about quality work and safety. Highly recommend them to anyone needing gas fireplace repair, service, or inspection in the area.

I had my chimney professionally cleaned by this team, and the difference is unbelievable. They performed a deep soot and creosote removal (PCR cleaning) that my chimney desperately needed. You could literally see how much buildup they removed from the flue and smoke chamber - it was like years of grime gone in one visit.

Wow what a nice experience. We haven’t cleaned the chimney flue for 5 years and finally we did it! The technician was awesome, super knowledgeable, he left the house spotless. He climbed on the roof to take care of some issue. Cleaned also from inside. And really, all in all it was a great experience. I already booked him another job for my mom. These guys are great, I feel like you won’t be disappointed.

Okay this one is going to be long, but I really want to share our experience.

We almost started our fireplace for the first time this season until we decided to call a pro chimney company to assure us we’re okay to use our chimney. We swept it ourselves last year and had a handyman look sweeping it the year before so we thought we’re supposed to be good, but something told us it was worth a professional inspection.

Zachary arrived on time, climbed the roof, and performed a full chimney inspection using a professional 360 camera. He discovered heavy Level 3 creosote buildup, a serious fire hazard we had no idea was there. He showed us pictures of what’s going on inside and we were simply shocked.
He explained everything, tried to figure out how we got to this situation (spoiler alert: we used wet wood 🤦🏻‍♀️). After agreeing on a fair price he immediately performed a chemical creosote removal and chimney sweep, using special materials to make sure the flue was 100% clean and safe to use.

He explained every single step, shared before and after photos, and gave us detailed advice on safe wood types, burning habits, and maintenance schedules. His comunication was clear, friendly, and educational. On top of that, he gave us a veteran discount for my partner’s military service - a nice gesture that showed the style these guys are doing business.

The level of professionalism, honesty, and care was unmatched. You could feel his passion for what he does and his deep knowledge of chimney safety, fire prevention, and home protection. Prices were fair and transparent, and the peace of mind we got is priceless.

Bottom line: Zachary literally saved us from a potential chimney fire that could’ve caused serious damage to our home. We were so impressed we went around and told our neighbors, and two of them already booked him for chimney cleaning on the spot!

I had my old fireplace flue to clean and shut off. They did a great job cleaning out the mossy flue line and tree droppings. Zachary also did a great job sealing off the chimney flue from the top and sealing the bottom (the opening in our wall). Really great guys to deal with! Give them a call!

Zachary and his partner came to the house today right on time, inspected our fireplace, and chimney, and then proceeded to clean all the gunk out of it so that we are ready for winter. They moved the furniture and rug so that nothing got dirty during the process and then replaced it like it was when they were finished. He made some suggestions about improvements he could make to the exterior, it was no problem when I chose not to go that route and stick with the cleaning. I would recommend these folks for anyone in the area who wants a clean and safe fireplace and chimney for the season.

I had such a great experience with Kirkland Chimney Sweep and the owner, Zach! They were kind, fast, and very honest from start to finish. Zach quickly diagnosed the issues with our chimney and explained everything clearly so we understood what needed to be done.

He replaced our old terra cotta ring, completely redid the chimney cap, removed moss that was eating away at the cement/grout and gave the entire chimney a thorough cleaning. The quality of work was excellent, and you can tell he takes pride in doing the job right. Our chimney now looks great and, more importantly, feels safe to use this winter.
