Anthony and team showed up on time, worked quickly and carefully to pump out my septic tank. They were pleasant and informative, answered my questions easily. Fortunately all I needed was regular maintenance, but I'd certainly call on them again if there was a problem.

My experience with Septic Response was great! Anthony is an honest professional and provided outstanding customer service. He walked me through the process of pumping my septic tank and answered all of my questions. Anthony was very knowledgeable and I was very impressed. My bath drain backed up Thursday evening and called Anthony that night after hours he answered and was out the following morning. He let us know the problem was not our tank being full, but a drain field issue. He gave me some direction on things I could do myself and save a lot of money. I dug up the the d box, and and sent him pics and we came up with a plan. He was out the next day and it is working great now. I would recommend him to anyone.

Anthony is a great guy. Knowledge and actually seems like he's out to solve your problem and save you as much money as possible. He didn't try and up-sell me or charge me for any service I didn't need. He seems very honest and considerate. I would definitely recommend Septic Response and will be using them as my go-to for septic related issues.

I called septic response (Anthony), on a Friday afternoon and he got me in the next day on a weekend, super helpful and communicative, explained what my problem was and they pumped my septic tank. Reached out due to a minor backup, Jeff showed up on time, assessed the issue and discovered our pumps float was getting stuck. Instead of trying to upswell us and offer unnecessary repairs, he adjusted our floats, inspected the system and saved us from having to pump the tanks. Absolutely love Septic Response. They get booked out three weeks in advance but respond fast to emergencies and are accommodating even outside of hours. Anthony and team go above and beyond to take care of their customers. We had a failure in our drainfield and needed quick services on our septic. Anthony came out first thing the next morning to pump our system. He went the extra mile to educate me on what is happening and clearly walked me through next steps. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Anthony was so helpful and quick to respond. We were having an issue with water backing up into our downstairs bathtub. He responded quickly and offered advice for what we should check with our septic before having to pay to have someone come out to check it out. He was also available the next day, once we were able to get the septic open, and I was able to send pictures to him and get more advice. He did all of this over the phone, was quick to respond and offered great advice while other companies I contacted had only offered to charge a ton of money just to come out and diagnose the problem. He is knowledgeable, quick to respond and went above and beyond what he needed to for us. We will be using Anthony for future septic maintenance and problems.

We recently noticed a wet spot in our yard and wanted to have it checked out so I contacted Septic Response. Anthony the owner was quick to respond and made a time to come do a pump and check out our system within a week. I have never really understood our system and he did a great job of explaining how things worked and a few little issues we had. He also started the process of investigating the wet spot but it had been raining pretty hard so he wanted it to have chance to dry out to get a better view. He was great at staying in touch so I didn't worry about him forgetting us and when the rain had stopped for a few days came back and did a further examination. Thankfully nothing major seems to be causing the wet spot probably just all the rain. I appreciated that he provided pictures and a thorough explanation of what he saw and didn't try to find problems that didn't exist. Both Anthony and his assistant Andros were amazing - friendly and very hard working. I would very much recommend them.

I had a bit of an emergency, and after calling several septic companies, Anthony from Septic Response was the only one who took the time to immediately call me back to review my situation and make the extra effort to fit me into his already full schedule. He arrived on time, was very professional, personable, efficient, and of most importance a great attitude. He is a man with high business integrity. I really appreciated the great overview of my septic system and the DIY cost saving advise and encouragement needed to maintain my own system to avoid future emergencies. I called Septic Response regarding a septic tank pumping that I needed to do. Anthony answered the phone while on a job and asked me to text him instead. I did that and Anthony replied after getting some free time to set up an appointment.

Upon arrival Anthony explained about the 2 compartment tank system I have and showed me what needed to be done. He also pointed out a few issues that he saw, while not something that I needed to take action immediately but something I should be aware of.

Some issues that he found was that I did not have a real outlet baffle and filter. He did not have those available at the time and promised to come back later to have them installed, and surely he did.

Overall I think Anthony did an excellent job in both pointing out issues as well as explaining why those were an issue and what I should do. He also kept in constant communication with me with regards to whether he received the baffle and filter from his supplier and when he will be able to make to my place for the 2nd visit and install them.

I was absolutely impressed with the customer service provided by Septic Response. I called in a panic on a Saturday morning when having a septic issue and although they were fully booked and not able to come out to my house right away, Anthony personally helped me troubleshoot a number of potential issues, resulting in fixing my problem. He patiently addressed all of my questions and remained available until the issue was fixed. He did not try to sell me on anything and was focused on helping me through the issue the entire time. This level of service was top notch at no revenue or real benefit to them as a business. I will be bringing all of my future business and referring my friends and family to Septic Response here forward. Anthony, thank you so much. You and your company are true class.

Anthony came highly recommended by another well respected septic system service provider that isn't licensed to service my location. My tank was way way WAY past due for pumping, I didn't even know where it is on my property or how to access it. Thankfully Anthony is responsive, knowledgeable, patient and hardworking. After multiple trips and lots of digging on the hottest days in Seattle in 2020, all was well again with my septic tank. Thanks Anthony!

Anthony was and is an incredible example of what complete customer service, technical expertise and professionalism is. We contacted his company late Sunday evening and got an immediate response. He explained his rates and services and was able to get us on the schedule for Monday morning. He was very punctual, friendly, quick, efficient and went above and beyond normal service. He inspected the septic system and explained it's operation to us. He found debris left in the tank from previous service and removed it at no extra charge. There are not enough superlatives to describe his service and demeanor. In our opinion, If you need your septic system pumped and serviced, you will find none better. Over the years we've had a couple of different septic companies and none of them are as good as Septic Response and Anthony!!!

Anthony was so great. We had a backup in our septic on the Sunday before Labor Day and needed it fixed before the week started. Anthony responded right away (despite the late hour) came the next morning. He helped us address the issue and was really reasonable about pricing. He also followed up with tips on maintenance work. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

Really great experience with Anthony all around. My wife made the initial call when our septic system backed up into the house, he was able to talk us through some basics to diagnose what the problem was without having to come to the house and charge for the visit. He was really clear, knowledgeable and honest about the options we had, and even checked in with us several days later to see how everything went on something we were able to DIY. Worth every penny.

Even though I had only called him for a pump out, he went the extra mile to retrieve a broken lid that had fallen to the bottom of our pump tank eons ago and adjust the floats.
