World class support and service. Very friendly, responsive, and looking out for his customers. I had Anthony scheduled to come out the next day because my septic alarm was going off. He suggested some ways in which I could prep for his arrival in order save a myself a little money. We texted/called throughout the day. I sent him some pics of what I was seeing and he diagnosed it! He didn’t even need to come out. Will definitely use him for anything moving forward and recommend to neighbors and friends. Thanks again, Anthony!

Anthony was a massive help for us! He came to our house in the snow storm and even helped shovel our driveway so he could get his truck up our driveway safely. He provided us so much valuable knowledge about our septic tank, and was extremely forthcoming about our options and what prices would be. He told us what we could do on our own to save money and even how to do it. He allowed me to text him and ask him questions and he always responded quickly and with so much information. I truly felt like he really cared about my family and making sure we had a working septic system that would work for years. My husband is someone who is constantly concerned about being ripped off or taken advantage of by a service like that, and Anthony was so transparent and knowledgeable that even the toughest critic (my husband) felt like we could trust him, and that we were 100% getting the best possible pricing. We owe Anthony so many thank you's, as his knowledge and willingness to teach us has saved our family 1000's of dollars. I cannot recommend this company more!

Anthony was awesome. Our septic system had been neglected and while pumping our tank out, gave great advice on a few repairs that needed to be done. Was very responsive and professional. Will definitely use in the future.

Anthony gave us top notch customer service. I called him on Friday 8 January 2021. My septic system was backing up and i needed an emergency pump of the tank. He couldn't get to me on Friday but scheduled me for Saturday. On Saturday his truck broke down he texted me immediately and said he was sorry but if he could get the mechanic to fix his truck he would be out on Sunday.
Sunday morning before he left his house i got a text letting me know he was leaving his house to go to the office and warm up the truck then he was headed my way. When Anthony got here he explained everything to me. He went over my septic system very thoroughly. He pumped out the tank. He gave me a few tips on maintenance and one item he thought i should have done that was very minor.
Anthony provided excellent customer service. Something that isn't seen very often anymore. He was a man of his word. I would and will recommend Anthony for anyone with a septic system.

Highly recommend using Anthony and team! Excellent customer service... honest assessment, communicative, and quick turn-around for services. He came out when we were in full "emergency" mode with our septic system and he walked us through our options with associated costs. If it weren't for Anthony's responsiveness, we'd likely be cleaning up backed up sewage in our home instead of breathing a sigh of relief that everything was addressed.

Anthony is a great guy! He was very thorough and explained everything about my septic system. He made several recommendations going forward which is much appreciated. Anthony and team came in quickly and instead of selling me a new pump suggested bringing in an electrician who solved the issue with no need for a new pump. Honesty in this business is so appreciated along with quick and solid service. I’ll have them back next time I need service!

My septic alarm went off while I had many guests staying with me over a holiday. My previous septic company said they could come out in 2 weeks, so I called Septic Response. They showed up that afternoon, fixed the problem immediately, and were very friendly and informative throughout.

My alarm went off again a few weeks later. Anthony helped me troubleshoot and diagnosed the issue over the phone as a leaking toilet, and followed up the next day to make sure the issue was solved after the plumbers came. On a Sunday evening, no charge.

I called / texted SR on the weekend both times I've used them. Super responsive. They got me on the schedule the very next business day for my emergency repairs and pumping, and my septic was working again in no time. I cannot say enough about Anthony and his team. THEY ARE THE BEST! From system checks to pump repair etc etc, they do it all and they do it well. I've been kept informed every step of the way, so I knew exactly what was going on and why. We had a July 5th emergency with the sound of our Septic tank alarm going off. With it being a holiday weekend I was worried about finding people to come out and help and ended up talking to voicemails and scripted call center people. After several hours of panic and getting nowhere I decided to call Septic Response in Kirkland. Highly recommend them!

We actually got to talk directly to the owner of the company, and while he didn’t have anyone available to send out that day, he walked us through things to check and even got on a video call with my husband who had dug a trench down to the septic. He was able to tell us what was wrong and even guided us to someone else who could help sooner. Now that’s INTEGRITY!

So, if you have a septic tank OR plumbing issue (or better still, you are scheduling a clean before your alarm goes off!) and you want to talk to ‘the people in the know’ please call them! We will most definitely be using them in the future.

We had a septic emergency with the septic flooding into our basement shower. After checking the tank we could not determine where the problem was, but it was serious. We couldn't get anything down the drains without it coming into the shower. After calling several septic specialists, I found that were servicing our area in Bellevue/Kirkland were all were booked solid for at least 24 hours. One of the companies that was not immediately available contacted Anthony and he immediately contacted me and said he would have someone out before end of the work day. He was still out on two other jobs but he sent Andros to our house within an hour! He quickly evaluated the system and found the issue not in the tank, but in the line between the house and septic tank. He had the blockage cleared and everything flowing within 1/2 hour of arriving. Andros is knowledgeable, efficient and customer focused. We strongly recommend contacting Septic Response for any plumbing or septic needs. They are responsive, reasonable and provide excellent service with a sense of urgency.

Despite it being Thanksgiving, Anthony (the owner) took my call and dispatched a team, Andros and his colleague, first thing the next day. They were prompt, professional, communicative, and took the time to educate me (never owned a house with septic before) about the issue with the system. It was a painless experience - very straightforward and easy. I highly recommend them.

I had an issue with my high water alarm going off on my septic tank Sunday afternoon, was totally panicked, I called Anthony at septic response , he calmed my nerves and said that he can get someone out first thing Monday morning to troubleshoot, they were at my house before 8 AM, had the problem diagnosed, old pump had failed, and new pump replaced in no time. I recently had a septic pump installed, and Septic Response provided outstanding service from start to finish. They arrived right on time, fully prepared with all the tools and materials needed, and quickly assessed my existing system. Andros, the installer, stood out with his professionalism and expertise, making sure every detail was handled meticulously. It was clear he took pride in his work, and he went above and beyond to ensure that the installation process was smooth and efficient.

Andros was courteous and attentive, taking extra care to ensure everything was installed safely and correctly. After the installation, he cleaned up the area thoroughly, which I really appreciated. The septic pump has been working flawlessly since, and I highly recommend Septic Response, especially Andros, for any septic system needs.

Anthony gave me much-needed reassurance when I came home after work to find my water alarm blaring. He followed up and dispatched people to be the next morning. Andros came to assess the situation and gave a confident estimate for price and time. Overall, not horribly expensive and the entire ordeal was over by 230pm the next day, so I'm very pleased. Excellent service. Would recommend.

I have worked with Anthony and his technician Andros twice now. They are extremely responsive and professional. It is so refreshing to deal with honest and helpful professionals, especially in the plumbing industry where I have had poor experiences with companies that charge extremely high prices for what ends up being a 30 min issue. I highly recommend working with this company!
