I manage a few rentals and have had to use Simply Leak Detection on a few occasions. Every time they have been excellent communicators and have pin-pointed the water leak with precision including a main water line.

We had a difficult leak to detect. It was buried 9 ft down in our neighbors back yard under their hedge. They gave me a locate , marked it with an x. We dug down 10 ft by hand and the locate was within inches of being exactly where he said it would be. There was a large rock on the line that caused the leak.
We were able to make the repair in one day!
Excavating by hand at that depth and being off at all with the locate would have been a LOT of work.
A good location saved us a lot of work and was definitely worth it. Michael did a great job and was very professional.

They picked up my initial phone call late on a Friday and had someone scheduled to come out really quickly. Kane (technician who helped me) was really helpful. Mike at Simply Leak was awesome! After getting the run-around from another company, mostly interested in replacing my entire 500' water main at an estimated cost of $80k, Mike was enjoyable and refreshing to deal with, and honest! He quickly found the underground water main leak where the line crossed my neighbor's back yard. He even allowed me to listen to the ground probe headset to hear the whooshing of the underground leak, and accurately locate it. Mike then connected me with a local plumbing repair contractor. We used Simply Leak detection to find our water line in the front yard ahead of a large landscaping project (no leaks). Scheduling was fast and easy, and they maintained excellent communication. Alex arrived onsite exactly as scheduled and they completed the work within 2 hours. I did follow up their paint markings and flags with measurements from key landmarks on our property for my permanent records. This is the PNW so the paint began to run off hours after the job was done.
