Though they don't carry all the spare parts, but they are very helpful and try to assist you as possible...

Do not go there without an appointment under the current situation. They cannot even give you an appointment at the door.

Great showroom. Recommend an appointment so you can work out all the details of what you want to do with your bathroom or kitchen WRT plumbing and fixtures (sinks, tubs, toilets, faucets and even lighting and mirrors). Our appointment with Molly was very helpful. She was thoughtful and know the products will.

Only one person was working and she was busy with someone else so I did not get assistance from anyone. I looked around at their displays but had a number of questions. I waited for a while, but the woman who was working went to the upper level of the store with her other client so I eventually just left. It would have been nice if she had at least acknowledged my presence and let me know how long a wait it would be.

Rosen Plumbing is always my first stop for new plumbing fixtures. Molly, who works in the showroom is amazing to work with! She always knows what fixtures to recommend based on my design style and budget. She is very helpful and super efficient!
