Showroom is nice and salepeople are helpful but BUYER BEWARE: things are not returnable after a short window, and within that window, boxes need to be "unopened and perfect". We were NOT ADVISED OT THIS before we signed on the dotted line and lost A LOT of money on things we ended up not being able to use when the project changed. Got no help (or even sympathy) from Rosen for this. Given the nature of a construction project, this stiff inflexibility is a real liability. Unless you are absolutely certain that you will make no changes, I recommend that things be bought online or elsewhere, where they can be returned.

Donny was very responsive and went above and beyond to address a very challenging and perplexing hot water supply issue involving multiple fixtures. He was also willing to work within unusual time of day constraints imposed by the tenants of the work location. I highly recommend Jet City Plumbing.

Jet City Plumbing just did a job that left me with a big smile and thank you for the professional, and dare I say, beautiful job they did correcting a problem with the plumbing in my new home. Some of the positives; easy communication, including explaining things clearly, a quote that was detailed enough to know what would be done at the end of the day and no pressure to upsell, and everything clean and neat when the work was done. The plumbing works well and is beautiful.

Donny had great communication and did a fantastic job detailing the elements of a tankless water heater conversion both during the site inspection before the job and in the estimate. Other contractors we requested quotes from wanted to do so via pictures without a site visit and bundled all the work into one or two line items with wildly varied totals.

I'm no plumber but not a slouch in home repair either and have an eye for quality work and attention to detail. I'm often disappointed when I hire contractors, but definitely not this time. Would hire again in a heartbeat and will vocally recommend to my neighbors and friends.

Donnie and crew are the best. They came in with the lowest bid of six by far and did great work. Donnie said our issues were the worst he has ever come across, and found other issues we weren't aware of. He took photos to show us the problems he and crew ran into, he wasn't trying to pull a fast one.
They got the job done and we couldn't have been more pleased. They were here early and left late, with no complaints.
We live in Kent and Jet City is in Kirkland and I was surprised they would even consider coming this far south.
They kept us well informed and did no work with consulting with us first.
They didn't distrub our gardens to repair the leak, (the leak was right in the middle of this garden) they tunneled under it, to put in a whole new water line. We have other plumbing issues and once this is paid for, we will hire Jet City with no hesitations.
We were having difficulty getting on line with the finance company and Donnie also helped us with that.
I have already recommended them to others who are having plumbiung issues.

Donny is the very best in the PNW. I've used his services twice now and yup you guessed it, I will be using his services until he quits being a plumber or move out of state. Another masterful job completed that makes it the RO system, bathroom faucet, kitchen Faucets, toilets, water heater and a super fancy rain showershower head and more stuff i can't even recall. Absolutely a pro that i can recommend anyone looking for a professional plumber. Thank you Donny.

Don helped me to alter the gas line for my kitchen stove to fit the inset of a new stove which could then be pushed back against the wall. Don was so great! He came and assessed the situation, was creative in his fixes for a tricky situation and was up front and transparent about the charges. He did a great job and was tidy, thoughtful and easy to have in my house. Recommend him 100%.

Jet City Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing our old 50-gallon gas water heater with a new Rheem ProTerra 80-gallon heat pump hybrid unit. Awesome experience with Donny! He replaced a shower valve, and all valves in our bathroom during a remodel. Amazing to work with, and very communicative.

Jet City Plumbing was great.

Shower water was not getting hot because it was tied together in the same system with the radiant heatiing system. Donny was able to identify the issue and willing to work late to redo the plumbing to separate the radiant heating and water system. Glad to have a hot shower again.

Donny from Jet City Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my undermount sink. The old sink was incorrectly installed with permanent glue, but he found a smart solution, removed it safely, cleaned the hardened adhesive, and installed the new sink properly. Everything works great now and I avoided replacing the countertop. He communicated clearly and explained everything after the job. Highly recommend!

Donnie cam out late in the afternoon to look at our plumbing problems. Sent us a bid that night. We accepted. He was back early Monday with all the fixtures we needed. Work was extensive: cutting out the leaking pipes and faucets in the laundry room and replacing them with fixtures that meet current codes. He had also found the exact replacement for our broken shower faucet and installed it. We were certainly pleased with the work and the price was reasonable. He's also a really pleasant guy to work with. He will be the plumber we call the next time we need one.

After a persistent clunking noise, I finally had enough and called for help. The plumber arrived swiftly, resolving the issue within 40 minutes. Now my garbage disposal runs perfectly, saving me from future kitchen headaches!
