Sadly, Ferguson has devolved into
only having cookie cutter stuff. If you are looking for parts they should have that Depot won't, sadly it's 50/50 at best... and the copper inventory is almost twice the price of Depot

We had a specific need for two dozen shower cartridges. I went into the office once and a gentleman at the desk took all the information down and said he would get back. He didn't. I called again a couple months later and they called back to call the information and never return the call. One quick call to Morgan's in Seattle and they solved the problem.

They had what I needed, but I paid dearly for it. If you can wait and order it online, then do it. They placed a 68% premium on a toilet lever. Okay, fine, but next time, with prices like this, they will be my last choice after attempts through other retailers have been exhausted.

very friendly and very knowledgeable. I went to them today to find an adapter for my wash-let, they helped me to figure out the solution that I don't need an adapter, but just not install the pipe at right place. Thank you so much!

Been to this location twice now and both times staff have been unhelpful and borderline rude.

Got to the store a full 25 minutes before closing to ask for two parts, one to do a PE pipe repair and a pressure reducing valve.

The guy at the front desk didn’t know anything and had to ask the other guy, and the other guy was too busy closing to help. Turns out they did not have either part in stock, and the second guy rudely told me not to come in “5 minutes before closing” to ask to look up parts while he’s busy closing. It was a full 10 minutes before closing by that time, but clearly they were not trying to do any business in the last half hour.

There are so many other plumbing supply stores in the area, I would not bother coming back here.

90% of the time when I go to Ferguson's it's pretty good experience

It's hard to say what the staff lacks more: knowledge of plumbing supplies, or willingness to help. I went on for a shower valve. After my questions were met with shrugs and "I don't knows" I was told I should ask a plumber.

We have nothing but positive thoughts about the service, professionalism and responsiveness from Frank who is the owner of this company. He was friendly and fixed our plumbing problem quickly and suggested ways to keep our pipes clean and maintenance free. We will recommend Frank's business to all our friends and neighbors. I began my day recently by discovering soaking wet carpet in my closet. The hot water heater is directly behind the wall so I figured there was a problem there. My sister in law recommended Frank; he had done a couple of repairs for her and she had been very satisfied so I called him. He said he could be over to take a look in 20 minutes. When I asked how much to come out, he said, “Nothing!” How great is that?

He confirmed the hot water heater was leaking and that it would need to be replaced. We discussed a little about water heaters and why they fail and how if the original installation had included a certain part, my closet wouldn’t be flooded...He said he could replace it in 4 hours ( same brand as I already had) and that he would do it in a way that would prevent future issues in the house if ever there were another leak! I needed a little time to work that out and he said it was no problem, I could call him when I was ready, which I did about an hour later.

Frank responded quickly, said he would head out to get the parts and get my installation done that afternoon. And he did. Because of the timing on my end, he didn’t start until about 4pm and he finished at 8:00. He didn’t turn down the job due to the hour but instead worked out in our cold garage until the job was done. There was no surcharge for “after hours”; we paid him what he quoted. He even recommended a water restoration service he has worked with for 10 years in case we end up needing any work done.

He was knowledgeable, efficient and polite. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I was lucky he had finished his earlier job and was available to help me. It’s far too cold out to be without hot water!

Frank, the owner of Rooter Pal Plumbing, did solid work. He was super responsive to scheduling the plumbing aspects of my home renovation. Frank is awesome. Very professional, responsive, confident and provides good customer service. He came after business hours to take care of my concern. He came in and out in the heavy rain late at night just to get my job done. I saved his card and will recommend to my friends.

I’m so impressed with Rooter-Pal Plumbing. I called with a plumbing emergency and Frank was able to come within a few hours. He was very professional. He even told me what to do about the situation until he could get here. What a relief! I’m always nervous about trying new plumbers, but, Rooter-Pal made me feel comfortable and safe. Frank came over in Memorual Day to fix our burst garden hose bib that was leaking water to the carpet and crawl space. He was promot and responsive to texts. He is professional and very knowledgeable and explained everything because I was interested. His services were on the slightly pricier side but the good service made it feel worthwhile.

We called Frank the day we found out our water main broke underground. He was out that same day to take a look and give us a quote. The very next day, him and his team came out to do the job. Frank is extremely knowledgable and was the only plumber out of 5-10 that was able to identify the type of pipe and the correct resolution for it. We will gladly use Rooter-Pal Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Frank did a great work fixing water leakage for me, through out the process of inspection and plumbing work, he was updating me the expected work to be done and cost for the same. I defenetly recommend him for any plumbing work

I would highly recommend RooterPal. We called Frank when we needed to cap off an unused gas line that was in the way of some landscaping we were doing. He was super responsive and came out promptly. He fixed the issue, answered all our questions and was very professional. Frank is great to work with, is highly knowledgeable and his prices are reasonable. We’re very pleased and will definitely call him next time we have a plumbing issue.
